الگوی سبک زندگی حرفه ای کارکنان پلیس راهور فراجا

زمینه و هدف: کارکنان پلیس راهور فراجا در طول خدمت خود برای داشتن ارتباط های درون سازمانی و محیطی سالم می باید بر اساس دین مبین اسلام سبک زندگی خود را تنظیم نموده و در هر چه اسلامی تر شدن آن بکوشند. هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی سبک زندگی حرفه ای کارکنان پلیس راهور فراجا می باشد.روش: این تحقیق از نظر هدف، تکاملی (کاربردی- اکتشافی) است؛ در چارچوب نظری بیانات مقام معظم رهبری بوده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از قواعد الگوسازی روش تحقیق تکاملی با «گمانه زنی- گزینش- پردازش» نسبت به ابعاد و مولفه های وصفی الگو انجام می شود؛ با مراجعه به عینیت، به تعیین الگوی موضوعی می رسیم؛ برای تایید نهایی و روایی الگو از آزمون روایی همگرایی در نرم افزار smartpls استفاده شده است. یافته ها: شناسایی ابعاد، مولفه ها و شاخص های سبک زندگی پلیس راهور و شناخت ابعاد ارتباط در سبک زندگی حرفه ای شامل: ارکان ارتباط (معنویت-تعاون-تفاهم) سطوح ارتباط (همکار فرمانده- همکار همتراز- همکار فرمانپذیر) و آثار ارتباط (خودسازی- دگرسازی- محیط سازی) به پژوهش می پردازد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به این که دیگر پلیس های دنیا در سبک زندگی حرفه ای دچار انحرافاتی شده اند و این معضل ها هم ممکن است، با توجه به نوع ماموریت پلیس راهور یک تهدید محسوب گردد. علاوه بر مبارزه با این تهدیدها می باید در اسلامی تر شدن سبک زندگی حرفه ای پلیس در خودسازی، دگرسازی و محیط سازی گام برداشت، و با شناخت ابعاد، مولفه ها و شاخص های الگوی سبک زندگی حرفه ای، و ایجاد ارتباط میان ارکان ارتباط، سطوح ارتباط و آثار ارتباط پلیس راهور می توان برای سبک زندگی ایشان یک الگوی اسلامی طراحی نمود.

background and purpose: traffic police officers should adjust their lifestyle based on the religion of islam and try to make it as islamic as possible. the purpose of this research is to design the model of the professional lifestyle of iripf police officers.method: this research is evolutionary (applied-exploratory) in terms of its goal; it is in the theoretical framework of the supreme leader’s statements and to analyze information from the rules of modeling, the evolutionary research method with speculation-selection-processing is carried out in relation to the dimensions and descriptive components of the model; by referring to objectivity, we arrive at determining the subject pattern; for the final verification and validity of the model, the convergence validity test was used in smartpls software.findings: identifying the dimensions, components and indicators of the traffic police lifestyle and identifying the dimensions of communication in the professional lifestyle, including: elements of communication (spirituality-cooperation-understanding) levels of communication (colleague commander-equal colleague-submissive colleague) and the works of communication (self-improvement, transformation, and environment) are researched.results: considering that other policemen in the world have suffered deviations in their professional lifestyle and these problems are also possible, considering the type of mission of the traffic police, it is considered a threat. in addition to fighting these threats, steps should be taken to make the professional lifestyle of the police more islamic in self-improvement, change and environment, and by knowing the dimensions, components and indicators of the professional lifestyle model, and creating a connection between the elements of communication, levels of communication and communication effects of the traffic police, an islamic model can be designed for their lifestyle.
