شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی علل تصادفات و حوادث خودروهای سبک در آذربایجان غربی

زمینه و هدف: تصادفات رانندگی یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل مرگ در ایران بوده و هزینه های مالی، روانی و رنج زیادی را به خانواده ها و جامعه تحمیل می‌کند.  هدف این تحقیق، شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی علل تصادفات و حوادث خودروهای سبک در آذربایجان غربی در ابعاد عوامل انسانی (رانندگان)، فنّی وسیله نقلیه، جاده ای، محیطی و مدیریتی است. روش: این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی-پیمایشی است. ابتدا از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، معیارها و زیرمعیارهای اولیه در وقوع تصادفات خودروهای سبک استخراج شد و پرسشنامه‌های تحقیق، تدوین شد. سپس این پرسشنامه‌ها بین خبرگان توزیع شد. با پرسشنامه اول، بهترین و بدترین معیار و زیرمعیار احصا شد. همچنین با پرسشنامه دوم، وزن این معیارها و زیرمعیارها، به روش بهترین- بدترین تعیین شد. برای تعیین روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه از ضریب لاوشه و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: 33 زیرمعیار در قالب پنج معیار اصلی شامل عوامل فنّی وسیله نقلیه، انسانی (رانندگان)، جاده‌ای، محیطی و مدیریتی دسته‌بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که معیار عوامل انسانی با وزن 0.36 بالاترین اولویت را دارد. همچنین معیارهای وسیله نقلیه با وزن 0.24 و جاده ای با وزن 0.18 به ترتیب در اولویت های بعدی قرار دارند.نتیجه‌گیری: معیار اصلی عوامل انسانی بیشترین تاثیر را در وقوع تصادفات و حوادث خودروهای سبک دارد. دیگر معیارها شامل عوامل فنّی وسیله نقلیه، جاده ای، محیطی و مدیریتی در اولویت‌های بعدی قرار دارند. باتوجه به نتایج، با تصمیمات مناسب، با صرف هزینه کم، می توان از وقوع حوادث جاده ای در آذربایجان غربی و بروز صدمات جانی و مالی بسیاری جلوگیری کرد. 

identifying and ranking the causes of accidents and incidents of light vehicles in west azerbaijan

background and purpose: traffic accidents are one of the most important causes of death in iran and impose a financial, psychological and pain costs on families and society. the purpose of research is to identify the causes of accidents of light vehicles in west azerbaijan; “human, vehicle, road, environmental and management” factors.method: this research is practical in purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. firstly, through library studies, primary criteria and sub-criteria were extracted in accidents of light vehicles, and research questionnaires were compiled. then these questionnaires were distributed among the experts. in this way, the best and worst criteria and sub-criteria were obtained. also, the weight of these criteria and sub-criteria was determined by the best-worst method (bwm). to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, lausche’s coefficient and cronbach’s alpha coefficient were used.findings: 33 sub-criteria were categorized in the five main criteria including human (drivers), road, environmental and management  factors. the result showed that human factor with weight of 0.36 has the highest priority. also, the criteria of vehicle and road with a weight of 0.24 and 0.18 were in the next priorities, respectively.conclusion: the human factor has greatest effect on the occurrence of accidents and incidents of light vehicles. other main criteria including vehicle, road, environmental and management factors are the next priorities. according to the obtained results, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of road accidents in west azarbaijan and the occurrence of financial problems and injuries taking appropriate decisions with low cost.
