بررسی عوامل تاثیرگذار در بروز سوانح رانندگی در معابر شهری شهر شهرکرد

زمینه و هدف: امروزه شهرها به عنوان بارزترین شکل سکونتی انسان ها با رویدادهای ترافیکی زیادی مثل افزایش حجم ترافیک، رانندگی مخاطره آمیز، تصادفات بی شمار و مانند آن مواجه هستند که همه این مشکلات به نوعی با صنعتی شدن و مدرنیزه شدن شهرها در ارتباط است. بحران ایمنی معابر، مرگ و میرها، خسارات و هزینه های جانی و مالی که از سوانح رانندگی نشات می گیرند، یکی از مسائل اساسی بهداشت عمومی، سلامت و توسعه کشورها محسوب می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت عوامل تاثیرگذار در بروز سوانح رانندگی در معابر شهری شهر شهرکرد انجام شده است.روش: این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش های کمی گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارشناسان راهنمایی و رانندگی شهر شهرکرد  تشکیل می دهد که تعداد 60 نفر  انتخاب و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. در این تحقیق برای گردآوری داده ها از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد.یافته ها: یافته های این تحقیق نشان داد که رابطه معناداری بین تمامی شاخص های مورد بررسی و حوادث ترافیکی وجود دارد؛ همچنین در تحلیل رگرسیون، عوامل انسانی با ضریب تاثیر 0.718 مهم ترین متغیر بر وقوع حوادث ترافیکی در محدوده مورد مطالعه می باشد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج بیانگر آن است که انسان، وسیله نقلیه، راه و عوامل محیطی، چهار عنصر اصلی و تاثیرگذار در ایحاد حوادث ترافیکی در محدوده مورد مطالعه به شمار می روند و در هر حادثه ای این عوامل با شدت و ضعف نقش دارند؛ با این وجود پاسخگویان معتقدند که در میان این عناصر، عامل انسان به عنوان عنصری هوشمند تاثیری به مراتب بیشتر، نسبت به سایر عوامل دارد. در این راستا با تلاش در جهت افزایش آگاهی عمومی، ایمن سازی راه‌ها، معاینه فنی وسایل نقلیه و مدیریت بحران، می توان با  مهار روند سوانح و در نتیجه سیر نزولی آن ها، شاهد کاهش نرخ مرگ و میر ناشی از تصادفات رانندگی بود.

investigating the effective factors in the occurrence of driving accidents in the urban roads of shahrekord city

background and purpose: nowadays, cities, as the most apparent form of human habitation, are faced with many traffic events such as increased traffic volume, dangerous driving, countless accidents and etc, and all these problems are somehow related to industrialization and modernization of cities; road safety crisis, deaths, human and financial losses that originate from driving accidents are one of the primary issues of public health, health and development of countries. the present study aimed to identify the factors influencing the occurrence of driving accidents on the urban roads of shahrekord city.method: this research is practical in terms of purpose and in terms of quantitative data collection methods, it is descriptive-analytical. the statistical population of this research consists of all the traffic experts of shahrekord, and then 60 people were selected and evaluated. in this research, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data.findings: this research showed a significant relationship between all the investigated indicators and traffic accidents. also, in the regression analysis, human factors with an impact factor of 0.718 are the most crucial variable in traffic accidents in the study area.conclusion: the results show that human, vehicle, road, and environmental factors are the four main and influential factors in the formation of traffic accidents in the study area, and in every incident, these factors play a role with strength and weakness. however, the respondents believe that among these elements, the human factor as an intelligent element has a far greater impact than other factors. in this regard, by trying to increase public awareness, road safety, technical inspection of vehicles, and crisis management, by curbing the process of accidents and as a result of their downward trend, we can see a decrease in the death rate caused by traffic accidents.
