عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر مشارکت اجتماعی کاربران در رعایت مقررات ترافیکی

زمینه وهدف: آمار بالای تصادفات ناشی از بروز تخلفات و نقض مقررات ترافیکی توسط کاربران می باشد. بنابراین لازم است تحقیقی انجام شود که عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر مشارکت اجتماعی کاربران در رعایت مقررات ترافیکی بررسی و عوامل تاثیرگذار شناسایی و تقویت گردند. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر «تبیین عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر مشارکت کاربران در رعایت مقررات ترافیکی» می باشد.روش: تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش، توصیفی - تحلیلی با تکنیک پیمایشی می‌باشد. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای، تعداد 384 نفر از کاربران ترافیک ناحیه غرب تهران بزرگ، به عنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب و پرسشنامه طراحی شده در اختیار آنان قرار گرفت. اطلاعات به دست آمده از طریق معادلات ساختاری و روش حداقل  مربعات جزئی به کمک نرم افزار smart pls2 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد، متغیرهای اعتماد اجتماعی، منزلت اجتماعی پلیس، رضایت مندی از عملکرد پلیس و آنومی بر مشارکت اجتماعی کاربران در رعایت مقررات ترافیکی تاثیر دارد. متغیر اعتماد اجتماعی با ضریب تاثیر بتا (0.355)، منزلت اجتماعی پلیس (0.289)، رضایت مندی از عملکرد پلیس (0.259) به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را بر مشارکت اجتماعی کاربران در رعایت مقررات ترافیکی دارد و متغیر آنومی با ضریب تاثیر (0.128-) تاثیر معکوس بر مشارکت اجتماعی کاربران در رعایت مقررات ترافیکی دارد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج  نشان داد که با استفاده از متغیرهای اعتماد اجتماعی، منزلت اجتماعی پلیس، رضایت مندی از عملکرد پلیس و آنومی تنها می توان 53 درصد از متغیر مشارکت اجتماعی کاربران در رعایت مقررات ترافیکی را پیش‌بینی نمود و باید برنامه ریزی و اقدامات ویژه ای توسط پلیس برای تقویت اعتماد اجتماعی، منزلت اجتماعی و رضایت مندی از عملکرد پلیس در جهت افزایش مشارکت کاربران در رعایت مقررات ترافیکی انجام شود.

background and objective: the high number of accidents is caused by users’ violations of traffic regulations. therefore, it is necessary to conduct a research to investigate the social factors affecting the social participation of users in complying with traffic regulations and to identify and strengthen the influencing factors. the main goal of the current research is to explain the social factors affecting the participation of users in complying with traffic regulations.method: the present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature and method with survey technique. by using the multi-stage cluster sampling method, 384 traffic users in the west area of ​​greater tehran were selected as the statistical population and a designed questionnaire was provided to them. the obtained information was analyzed through structural equations and partial least squares method with the help of smart pls2 software.findings: the findings showed that the variables of social trust, social dignity of the police, satisfaction with police performance and anomie have an effect on the social participation of users in complying with traffic regulations. social trust variable with beta effect coefficient (0.355), social dignity of police (0.289), satisfaction with police performance (0.259) respectively has the greatest effect on social participation of users in complying with traffic regulations, and anomie variable with the influence coefficient (-0.128) has an inverse effect on the social participation of users in complying with traffic regulations.results: the results showed that by using the variables of social trust, social dignity of the police, satisfaction with police performance and anomie, only 53% of the variable of social participation of users in complying with traffic regulations can be predicted, and planning and measures should be taken. special efforts should be made by the police to strengthen social trust, social dignity and satisfaction with police performance in order to increase the participation of users in complying with traffic regulations.
