مطالعه پدیدارشناسانه نحوه برخورد حکیمانه پلیس راهور با مردم

زمینه و هدف: برخورد پلیس راهور با مردم می‌تواند به عنوان عاملی موثر در هماهنگی و همبستگی اجتماعی و به تبع آن گسترش نظم و امنیت در حوزه رفتارهای ترافیکی بسیار تاثیرگذار باشد. برخورد حکیمانه برخوردی توام با حفظ حرمت، تعامل دو سویه، با صبر و شکیبایی و هوشمندانه و متعهدانه است که می‌تواند مشارکت شهروندان را در تامین امنیت اجتماعی ارتقا دهد. تعامل سازنده و متقابل پلیس راهور و مردم نه تنها نظارت پلیس را راحت تر می‌کند، بلکه از یک جامعه توسعه‌یافته با حاکمیت قواعد و مقررات درونی شده توسط مردم، نشان دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین نحوه برخورد حکیمانه پلیس راهور با مردم در جامعه اسلامی و با رویکرد پدیدار شناسی، انجام شده است.روش: در این پژوهش از روش پدیدارشناسی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این مطالعه، شهروندان کرمانشاهی بودند که تعداد30 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و مشاهده گردآوری شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در مرحله کدگذاری باز، 26 مفهوم از پاسخ‌های افراد استخراج شد. با توجه به اینکه لازم شد کدگذاری محوری انجام پذیرد، این 26 واحد معنایی در سه مقوله محوری به نام بعد معرفتی، بعد عاطفی و بعد عملکردی تقلیل داده شد. لازم به ذکر است که در بعدی دیگر ماتریس رفتار حکیمانه پلیس راهور مبتنی بر دو مقوله اثباتی و سلبی دسته‌بندی شد.نتیجه‌گیری: بسیاری از رفتارهای حکیمانه پلیس راهور در حوزه اثباتی و در حیطه سلبی قرار دارد.

A Phenomenological Study of the Wise Treatment of People by Traffic Police

Background and Aim: Rahoor police treatment of people can be very effective as an effective factor in social coordination and solidarity and, consequently, the development of order and security in the field of traffic behaviors. Wise approach is a respectful approach, two-way interaction, patience, intelligence and commitment that can enhance citizen participation in ensuring social security. The constructive and reciprocal interaction between the police and the people not only facilitates police surveillance; rather, it represents a developed society governed by rules and regulations internalized by the people. This study aims to explain how the Rahvar police deal wisely with people in the Islamic society and with a phenomenological approach.Method: In this research, phenomenological method was used. The statistical population of this study was the citizens of Kermanshah. Thirty people were selected by purposive sampling method and collected using semi-structured interview and observation tools.Findings: The findings show that in the open coding stage, 26 concepts were extracted from the responses of individuals. Due to the need for axial coding, these 26 semantic units were reduced to three central categories called epistemological dimension, emotional dimension and functional dimension. It should be noted that in the next dimension, the matrix of wise behavior of Rahvar police was classified based on two categories of positive and negative.Conclusion: Many of the wise behaviors of Rahvar police are in the positive and negative spheres.
