بررسی تاثیر مدیریت راهنمایی و رانندگی در کاهش سوانح ترافیکی رانندگان موتورسیکلت

زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و توصیف اثر مولفه های مدیریت راهنمایی و رانندگی در کاهش سوانح ترافیکی رانندگان موتورسیکلت در استان کرمانشاه انجام شده است.روش شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به روش توصیفی پیمایشی اجرا شده است .جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران راهور استان کرمانشاه می باشند که به صورت تمام شمارمورد مطالعه قرار گرفته اند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته بوده است. یافته ها: آموزش فرهنگ ترافیک به ترتیب با 1.84 درصد به میزان خیلی زیاد و زیاد، اعمال قانون و مقررات با 4.76 و اعمال نظارت و کنترل پلیس با 7.71 درصد بیشترین میزان تاثیر را در کاهش سوانح ترافیکی رانندگان موتورسیکلت به خود اختصاص داده اند. نتیجه گیری: مقوله ارتقای فرهنگ ترافیک موتورسواران به عنوان یک امر مهم به طور جامع موردتوجه متولیان امر ترافیک قرار نمی گیرد، بااین وجود با اختصاص بیشترین میزان تاثیرگذاری، شایسته توجه اساسی و مداوم ذینفعان به منظور کاهش سوانح ترافیکی می باشد. باوجود حضور پلیس در جاده ها و شهرهای کشور که باعث تقویت بازدارندگی و پیشگیری از سوانح می گردد، به تقویت بیش ازپیش نظارت های فیزیکی و هوشمندانه پلیس از طریق تجهیزات نوین نیاز می باشد.

The effect of traffic management in reducing traffic accidents of motorcyclists

Background and aim: The aim of this study was to identify and describe the effect of traffic management components in reducing traffic accidents of motorcyclists in Kermanshah province. Method: This research is practical in terms of purpose and performed by descriptivesurvey method. The statistical population of the study includes traffic police managers of Kermanshah province who have been studied in full. The data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire. Findings: Traffic culture training with very high and high, with 84.1%, law enforcement and regulations with 76.4% and enforcement of police supervision and control with 71.7%, respectively, have the greatest impact on reducing traffic accidents of motorcyclists. Conclusion: the category of Promoting the traffic culture of motorcyclists as an important issue is not comprehensively considered by the traffic authorities,  however, by allocating the maximum amount of impact, it deserves the basic and continuous attention of stakeholders in order to reduce traffic accidents. Despite the presence of the police on the roads and cities of the country, which strengthens deterrence and prevention of accidents, there is a need to further strengthen the physical and intelligent monitoring of the police through new equipment.
