تاثیر اجرای آرام‌سازهای ادراکی بر سرعت انتخابی رانندگان در نقاط پرحادثه

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به افزایش روز​افزون تعداد وسایل نقلیه و رشد نرخ تصادفات طی سالیان اخیر، ایمنی ترافیک بایستی بیش از گذشته مورد​توجه قرار گیرد. ازآنجایی‌که سرعت زیاد وسایل نقلیه همواره یکی از دلایل اصلی وقوع تصادفات می​باشد و همچنین تعداد زیادی از این تصادفات در نقاط پرحادثه رخ می​دهد، مدیریت سرعت در این نقاط با هدف کاهش سرعت اهمیت بسزایی در کاهش تصادفات و افزایش ایمنی دارد؛ بنابراین هدف این پژوهش، بررسی سرعت‌های وسایل نقلیه در اثر نصب تمهیدات ایمنی در یکی از نقاط محلی پرحادثۀ استان مازندران می​باشد. روش: در این پژوهش،‌ از تابلوها با توجه به نیاز منطقه و بر اساس دستورالعمل​های موجود استفاده شد. به‌منظور ارزیابی تاثیر این تابلوها بر سرعت وسایل نقلیه، مطالعات در دو بخش قبل و بعد از اجرای تمهیدات در منطقۀ موردمطالعۀ ازارک واقع در محور کندوان انجام شد. سپس برای بررسی تغییرات فصلی و افزایش دقت آماربرداری، برداشت‌های سرعت در نقاط کنترلی نیز انجام شد. یافته‌ها: مطالعه در این پژوهش، کاهش سرعت میانگین و 85 درصدی وسایل نقلیه را نشان داد. همچنین بیشترین کاهش میانگین سرعت به تفکیک وسایل نقلیۀ سبک و سنگین، به‌ترتیب 4.78 و 4.32 در فاصلۀ 75 متری از محل تابلوی اول گزارش شد. همچنین ارزیابی تغییرات میانگین داده‌های در مطالعات قبل و بعد استفاده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج بیانگر تغییرات معنادار در بین داده‌های دو جامعه بود. علاوه‌براین، تاثیر تابلوها بر کاهش سرعت وسایل نقلیه در بین خودروهای سبک، نسبت به سنگین  بیشتر بود.

Analyzing the effect of perceptual traffic calming on selected speedof drivers in incidental points

Background and aim: Due to the increasing number of vehicles and thegrowth of accident rates in recent years, traffic safety should be consideredmore than ever. Since the high speed of vehicles is always one of the maincauses of accidents and also a large number of these accidents occur inaccidental areas, speed management in these areas with the aim of reducingspeed is very important in reducing accidents and increasing safety; Therefore,the purpose of this study is to investigate the speeds of vehicles due to theinstallation of safety measures in one of the most accidental local areas ofMazandaran province.Method: In this study, boards were used according to the needs of the regionand based on existing instructions. In order to evaluate the effect of these signson the speed of vehicles, studies were conducted in two sections before andafter the implementation of measures in the study area of Azarak located in theaxis of Kandovan. Then, velocity perceptions were performed to check theseasonal changes and increase the accuracy of the census at the control points.Findings: The study in this study showed a decrease in average speed of 85%of vehicles. Also, the highest decrease in average speed by separating light andheavy vehicles,4.78 and 4.32, respectively were reported at a distance of 75meters from the location of first sign. Evaluation of mean data changes wasalso used in before and after studies.Conclusion: The results showed significant differences between the data ofthe two communities. In addition, the effect of the signs on the deceleration ofvehicles among light vehicles was greater than that of heavy vehicles.
