تاثیر سامانۀ پایش هوشمند تردد ناوگان حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای (سپهتن) بر عملکرد کارکنان(مطالعۀ موردی کارکنان پلیس راه راهور ناجا)

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر سامانۀ پایش هوشمند تردد ناوگان حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای (سپهتن) بر عملکرد کارکنان پلیس راه راهور ناجا می‌باشد.جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، کلیۀ کارکنانی می‌باشد که در سطح کشور با سامانۀ سپهتن کار می‌کنند. این سامانه در 31 استان کشور در 200 پاسگاه بین‌شهری پیاده‌سازی شده و در هر پاسگاه، 5 نفر مشغول فعالیت با سامانۀ سپهتن هستند؛ لذا کل جامعۀ آماری، 1000 نفر می‌باشد که براساس فرمول کوکران، 278 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب‌ شده‌اند و پرسشنامه برای آن‌ها ارسال‌ شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی پیمایشی، و همچنین از نظر هدف،  کاربردی می‌باشد. ابزار مورداستفاده در این پژوهش برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه است. پرسشنامه شامل 24 سوال بوده و از مقیاس لیکرت 5 گزینه‌‌ای برای پاسخ سوالات استفاده ‌شده است (1 کاملاً مخالف تا 5 کاملاً موافق)؛ تعداد 5 پرسشنامه برای 56 پاسگاه که از تردد بیشتری برخوردار هستند، ارسال گردیده است. پایایی کل پرسشنامه با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ 93/0 به دست آمده است. روایی پرسشنامه نیز توسط اساتید تایید شده است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون دوجمله‌ای در نرم‌افزار spss استفاده ‌شده است که نتایج تحلیل این پژوهش نشان داد که سامانۀ سپهتن بر همۀ ابعاد عملکرد سازمانی (اثربخشی، کارایی، توانمندسازی و رضایتمندی) تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.

The effect of intelligent monitoring system of road transportationfleet traffic (Sepahtan) on the performance of employees (casestudy of traffic police employees)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of intelligent monitoringsystem of road transportation fleet traffic (Sepahtan) on the performance ofemployees. The statistical population of this study is all employees who workwith the Sepahtan system in the country. The system has been implemented in200 intercity police station in 31 provinces of the country, and in each policestation, 5 people are working with the Sepahtan system. Therefore, the totalstatistical population is 1000 people, and according to the Cochran’s formula,278 people have been selected as a sample and a questionnaire has been sent tothem. The present research method is descriptivesurvey, as well as practical interms of purpose. a questionnaire is the tool used in this study to collectinformation. The questionnaire consisted of 24 questions and a 5choice Likretscale was used to answer the questions (1 completely opposed to 5 completelyagreeing); Five questionnaires were sent to 56 police stations with the highesttraffic. The reliability of the whole questionnaire was obtained 0/93 usingCronbach’s alpha test. The validity of the questionnaire has also beenconfirmed by the professors. a twosentence test was used to analyze the datain SPSS software that the results of the analysis of this study showed that theSepahtan system has a positive and significant effect on all aspects oforganizational performance (effectiveness, efficiency, empowerment andsatisfaction)
