تاثیر واگذاری نقش همیار پلیس به کودکان بر یادگیری قوانین راهنمایی و رانندگی

پلیس راهور ناجا در سال‌های اخیر، توجه ویژه‌ای را به آموزش کودکان و نوجوانان از طریق اجرای برنامه‌های «همیاران پلیس» و «پلیس‌یاران نوجوان» معطوف نموده است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر واگذاری نقش همیار پلیس بر یادگیری قوانین راهنمایی و رانندگی در کودکان انجام‌ شده است. این پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی و طرح آن به‌صورت پیش‎آزمون -   پس‎آزمون با گروه گواه است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را کودکان پسر 10 تا 12 سالۀ شهر تهران تشکیل داده‌اند و از بین آن‌ها، 30 کودک به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند (هر گروه، 15 نفر). سپس پرسش‌نامه‎ای روا و پایا (آلفای کرونباخ 0.91) درمورد قوانین راهنمایی برای کودکان طراحی و در اختیار آن‌ها قرار گرفت. در ادامه به گروه آزمایش، نقش همیار پلیس واگذار شد و سه هفته بعد، مجدداً همان پرسش‌نامه در اختیار هردو گروه قرار گرفت. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که نمرات گروه گواه در دو مرحلۀ آزمون قوانین رانندگی تغییر چندانی نداشتند؛ درحالی‌که در گروه همیاران، این میانگین پس از واگذاری نقش همیار پلیس، افزایش زیادی داشت. همچنین، میانگین نمرات آزمون کودکان در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه، در ابتدای پژوهش کاملاً مشابه بود؛ اما پس از واگذاری نقش همیار پلیس به گروه آزمایش، تفاوت قابل ‌توجهی بین نمرات دو گروه ایجاد شد. به ‌این‌ ترتیب، با واگذاری نقش همیار پلیس به کودکان، یادگیری آن‌ها به‌طور قابل ‌توجهی در سه سطح نگرش، دانش و رفتار بهبود می‌یابد.

The Impact of Assigning Police Assistant Role to Children on Learning Driving Laws

Traffic police Recently pay special attention to the education of childrenthrough the implementation of Police Assistants and Youth Policemenprograms. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of the role ofpolice assistants on learning the rules of driving in children. This is a quasiexperimentalstudy and its design is pretest and posttest. The statisticalpopulation of the study consisted of 1012 year old boys in Tehran. Thirtychildren were selected by available and purposive sampling method and wererandomly assigned into two experimental and control groups (15 people ineach group). Then a valid and reliable questionnaire (Cronbach’s alpha 0.91)was designed on guidance rules for children. The experimental group was thenassigned the role of police assistant and three weeks later the samequestionnaire was again administered to both groups. The result of this studyshowed that the scores of the control group did not change significantly in thetwo stages of the driving test. whereas in the assistants group, this averageincreased significantly after assuming the police assistant role. but afterassigning the police assistant role to the experimental group, there was asignificant difference between the two groups. Thus, by assigning the role ofthe police assistant to the children, their learning will be significantlyimproved at three levels of attitude, knowledge and behavior
