بررسی تاثیر عوامل انسانی - اجتماعی و فنی مهندسی در پیش بینی رفتار ترافیکی رانندگان شهر تهران

زمینه و هدفاصلاح رفتار ترافیکی رانندگان، از موضوعات اساسی در کاهش سوانح رانندگی در کشورها است. در این میان، سه عامل انسانی، اجتماعی و فنی مهندسی بر رفتار ترافیکی راننده تاثیرگذار هستند و مداخلات در هریک از این مولفه‌ها، رفتار راننده را متاثر می‌سازد.روشدر این پژوهش سعی شده است که به شیوۀ پژوهش‌های کیفی، رفتار ترافیکی راننده بر پایۀ سه عامل مذکور تبیین و شاخصه‌های هریک از این مولفه‌ها مشخص شده و تاثیر آن‌ها بر رفتار ترافیکی رانندگان موردپردازش قرار گیرد. این کار می‌تواند متولیان امر ترافیک را در جهت پیش‌بینی‌های مرتبط با رفتار ترافیکی راننده یاری رساند. در بخش کیفی، از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌عمیق با نخبگان عرصۀ حمل‌ونقل از طریق تحلیل محتوای برنامه‌ریزی‌شده، عوامل موثر بر رفتار ترافیکی راننده تبیین و اثر هریک از عوامل مذکور رتبه‌بندی شد.یافته‌هادر بین سه عامل مذکور، ابتدا عامل اجتماعی و کنترل‌های بیرونی به‌عنوان موثرترین عامل بر رفتار ترافیکی راننده و در مرتبۀ دوم، عامل فردی و در مرتبۀ سوم، عامل فنی و مهندسی در حوزۀ راه و خودرو برآورد شدند. در ادامۀ این بررسی، به‌وسیلۀ آزمون آماری فریدمن، اولویت‌بندی شاخصه‌ها در هریک از این عوامل سه‌گانه مشخص و تبیین گردیده است.پیشنهاد‌هابه نظر می‌رسد که کنترل‌های اجتماعی می‌تواند بخش اعظمی از رفتار ترافیکی را تنظیم نموده و در راستای تغییر و اصلاح رفتار ترافیکی در جامعه کارساز باشد که برای تغییر پژوهش رفتار ترافیکی راننده می‌بایست در زمینۀ هریک از این سه عامل، با توجه به رویکرد اثرگذاری عوامل اجتماعی بر رفتار ترافیکی، اقدامات لازم به عمل آید.

Investigating the effect of HumanSocial and TechnicalEngineering Factors on Predicting Traffic Behavior of Tehran Drivers

Background and aim: Modifying the traffic behavior of drivers is one of the key issues in reducing accidents in countries. In the meantime, three human, social, and technicalengineering factors influence driver traffic behavior, and interventions in each of these components affect driver behavior.Method: In this study, it has been attempted to qualitatively investigate the drivers ’traffic behavior based on these three factors and to determine the characteristics of each of these components and their impact on the drivers’ traffic behavior. This can assist traffic constellations in predicting driver traffic behavior. In the qualitative section, through indepth and semiindepth interviews with transport elites through planned content analysis, the factors affecting driver behavior were explained and ranked the effects of each of the factors.Findings: Among the three mentioned factors, at first social factor and external controls were considered as the most effective factors on driver’s traffic behavior and secondly, individual factor and third, technical and engineering factor in road and automobile domain. In the continuation of this study, the Friedman statistical test has identified and explained prioritizing the attributes in each of these three factors.Suggestions: It seems that social controls can regulate much of traffic behavior and work to change and modify traffic behavior in society. To change the research on traffic behavior, one must consider each of these three factors in view of the impact of social factors. Take action on traffic behavior.
