بررسی علل قانون‌گریزی موتورسیکلت‌سواران در استفاده از کلاه ایمنی با استفاده از مدل سه‌شاخگی

زمینه و هدف: امروزه در کشور ایران حدود 25 درصد از آمار کشته‌شدگان تصادفات را موتورسواران تشکیل می‌دهند که برابر گزارش‌های پزشکی قانونی، علت مرگ بیش از نیمی از موتورسواران، ضربه به سر عنوان شده است که در صورت استفادۀ صحیح از کلاه ایمنی، این تعداد تلفات به مقدار قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای کاهش خواهد یافت. به این منظور، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی علل قانون‌گریزی راکبان موتورسیکلت در استفاده از کلاه ایمنی و کمک به تصمیم‌گیران جهت تنظیم برنامه‌های افزایش استفاده از کلاه ایمنی صورت گرفته است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی است؛ زیرا ارتباط بین متغیرهایی را که در ادبیات پژوهش شناسایی ‌شده‌اند، در جامعۀ خاص موردآزمون قرار می‌دهد و از نظر شیوۀ جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها، یک پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع پیمایشی (میدانی) با رویکرد پژوهش ترکیبی و نیز از حیث ماهیت، یک پژوهش هم‌بستگی است که سعی در شناسایی رابطۀ بین دو متغیر اصلی، مدل سه‌شاخگی و قانون‌گریزی موتورسواران در استفاده از کلاه ایمنی دارد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، مدیران راهبردی و امنیتی در حوزۀ ترافیکی می‌باشند. حجم نمونۀ آماری، 60 نفر از این مدیران می‌باشند که به‌صورت تمام‌شمار انتخاب گردیده‌اند. جهت بررسی نظرات مدیران ترافیکی، پرسش‌نامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته تهیه ‌شده و داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده نیز توسط آزمون هم‌بستگی اسپیرمن تحلیل گردیده است. یافته‌ها: تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که هر سه فرضیۀ پژوهش تایید گردیده و مجموعۀ عوامل رفتاری، ساختاری و زمینه‌ای در قانون‌گریزی موتورسیکلت‌سواران در استفاده از کلاه ایمنی تاثیر دارند و عوامل زمینه‌ای تا حد بیشتری از متوسط در قانون‌گریزی موتورسیکلت‌سواران در استفاده از کلاه ایمنی موثر هستند و در مقایسه با عوامل ساختاری و رفتاری، به تقویت و بررسی بیشتری نیاز دارند. پیشنهادها: با توجه به اهمیت روزافزون سیستم‌های هوشمند حمل‌ونقل، متاسفانه در کشور ما، برابر نتایج این پژوهش، استفادۀ بهینه از این سیستم‌ها دارای کمترین تاثیر را در جلوگیری از قانون‌گریزی موتورسیکلت‌سواران دارد که با راهکارهای مناسب از قبیل نوع شماره‌گذاری موتورسیکلت‌ها و... می‌توان حداکثر بهره‌برداری را از امکانات هوشمند موجود نمود.

Investigating the escaping law causes of motorcyclists in the use of helmets using the triaxial model

Background and aim: Today, in Iran country, about 25 percent of all fatalities are motorcyclists that according to forensic reports, more than half of motorcyclists died due to hit on head that if the helmet is properly used, the number of casualties will be significantly reduced. For this purpose,, this study aimed to investigate the causes of lawlessness of Motorcyclists in the use of helmets and to assist decision makers to adjust programs to increase the use of helmet. Method: This study is practical in terms of purpose; Because of the relationship between the variables identified in the research literature, it tests in a particular community and in terms of data collection and analysis method , a descriptiveanalytical research in type of survey (field) with combined research approach and also a correlation study in terms of nature that tries to identify the relationship between the two main variables, the triaxial model and lawlessness of Motorcyclists in the use of helmets. The statistical population of this study is strategic and security managers in the traffic are. The statistical sample size is 60  of these managers who have been selected in all numbers. In order to evaluate the traffic managers’ opinions, a researchermade questionnaire was prepared and the data collected was analyzed by Spearman correlation test. Findings: Data analysis showed that all three research hypotheses were confirmed and a combination of behavioral, structural and contextual factors influence in escaping Law of motorcyclists in the use of helmets and contextual factors are more effective to a greater than average degree in escaping Law of motorcyclists in the use of helmets and compared to structural and behavioral factors they need more strengthening and investigating. Suggestions: Given the increasing importance of intelligent transportation systems,  unfortunately in our country, according to the results of this study, optimal use of these systems has the least effect on preventing from escaping law of  motorcyclists that with appropriate solutions such as motorcycles numbering and ... , maximum utilization can be achieved the most of from the existing smart features.
