ترجمه، روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه رباط صلیبی قدامی ژاپنی 25

مقدمه و اهداف هدف این پژوهش ترجمه، ارزیابی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه رباط صلیبی قدامی 25 در میان افرادی است که تحت جراحی بازسازی رباط صلیبی قدامی قرار گرفته‌اند. مواد و روش‌ها پرسش‌نامه حاضر بر‌اساس رهنمود‌های جهانی ترجمه شد و سپس در قالب یک مطالعه مقطعی، 91 آزمودنی که جراحی بازسازی رباط صلیبی قدامی را انجام داده بودند، نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه رباط صلیبی قدامی ژاپنی را پر کردند. شرکت‌کنندگان علاوه بر پرسش‌نامه رباط صلیبی قدامی 25، پرسش‌نامه‌های ikdc و tsk را نیز تکمیل کردند. برای ارزیابی روایی از روایی هم‌گرا، با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بهره گرفته شد. همچنین، پایایی ابزار از‌طریق ارزیابی همسانی درونی و آزمون باز‌آزمون مجدد بررسی شد؛ به این ترتیب که آلفای کرونباخ برای اندازه‌گیری همسانی درونی و ضریب همبستگی بین‌کلاسی (icc) برای ارزیابی ثبات زمانی پرسش‌نامه محاسبه شد.یافته‌ها نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه رباط صلیبی قدامی ژاپنی 25 یک همبستگی قوی با پرسش‌نامه ikdc و یک همبستگی متوسط با tsk دارد و همچنین این نسخه فارسی سطح قابل‌قبولی از ضریب همبستگی بین‌کلاسی (icc=0/93) و همسانی درونی (آلفای کرونباخ = 0/972) دارد و به علاوه هیچ‌گونه اثر سقف و کف در این نسخه فارسی مشاهده نشد.نتیجه‌گیری نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه رباط صلیبی قدامی ژاپنی 25، ابزاری معتبر و پایا برای ارزیابی وضعیت روانی و عملکردی افراد پس از جراحی بازسازی رباط صلیبی قدامی محسوب می‌شود. این ابزار می‌تواند به مربیان ورزشی و متخصصان توان‌بخشی کمک کند تا وضعیت آمادگی ورزشکاران را برای بازگشت به فعالیت‌های ورزشی ارزیابی کنند.

translation, validity, and reliability of the persian version of the japanese anterior cruciate ligament 25 (jacl-25): the interim result

background and aims this study aimed to translate and assess the validity and reliability of the persian version of the anterior cruciate ligament–25 (p-jacl–25) questionnaire in individuals who underwent anterior cruciate ligament (acl) reconstruction surgery.methods the questionnaire was translated according to international guidelines. then, in a cross-sectional study, 91 patients who had undergone acl reconstruction surgery completed the jacl-25 questionnaire. they also completed the the international knee documentation committee (ikdc) and the tampa scale for kinesiophobia (tsk) questionnaires. convergent validity was assessed using the pearson correlation coefficient. reliability was evaluated through internal consistency and test-retest reliability, with a cronbach α employed to assess internal consistency and the intraclass correlation coefficient (icc) utilized for test-retest reliability.results the findings indicated that the persian version of the jacl–25 questionnaire strongly correlates with the ikdc questionnaire and has a moderate correlation with the tsk questionnaire. furthermore, the persian version demonstrated acceptable reliability, with a cronbach α of 0.972 and an intraclass correlation coefficient of 0.93. no ceiling or floor effects were observed in this version. conclusion the persian version of the jacl–25 questionnaire is a valid and reliable instrument for assessing individuals’ psychological and functional performance following acl reconstruction surgery. this scale can assist sports coaches, and rehabilitation professionals in determining whether athletes are ready to return to sports activities.
