سبب‌شناسی عدم مشارکت موثر پدران کودکان اُتیستیک در درمان توان‌بخشی فرزندانشان

مقدمه و اهداف اُتیسم از اختلالات شایع عصبی‌تکاملی است که زندگی کودک و خانواده را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. کودکان مبتلا به اُتیسم نسبت به کودکان عادی به مراقبت و حمایت بیشتری نیاز دارند. در درمان موثر کودکان دارای اُتیسم، والدین سهم پررنگی در روند توان‌بخشی فرزندشان دارند. مشارکت موثر والدین در توان‌بخشی منجر به افزایش تعمیم مهارت‌های آموخته‌شده و اثر‌بخشی درمان می‌شود. پدران مانند مادران نقش حیاتی در مراقبت از این کودکان دارند. اما در اغلب مطالعات بر نقش مادران تمرکز شده و نقش پدران بیشتر در تامین هزینه‌های زندگی و درمانی خلاصه می‌شود . از‌این‌رو هدف اصلی این پژوهش درک دلایل عدم مشارکت موثر پدران کودکان اُتیستیک در روند توان‌بخشی فرزندشان است. این پژوهش بر‌اساس روش کیفی و رویکرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد و روش اشتراوس و کوربین انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها روش گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود که با 16 پدر کودک اُتیستیک شهر تهران انجام شد. یافته‌ها در‌نهایت، مولفه‌های روان‌شناختی به‌عنوان بعد شرایط علّی، عدم مشارکت موثر پدران به‌عنوان بعد پدیده اصلی، مولفه‌های زمینه‌ای به‌عنوان بعد شرایط زمینه‌ای، مولفه‌های درمانی به‌عنوان بعد شرایط مداخله‌گر، استراتژی‌های مقابله به‌عنوان بعد راهبردها و مولفه‌های پیامدی برای بعد پیامد تدوین شد. نتیجه‌گیری عوامل مختلفی که بر عدم مشارکت پدران در فرایند توان‌بخشی فرزندان اُتیسیک آن‌ها تاثیر می‌گذارند، به پیامدهایی از‌جمله کاهش تمایل به پیگیری درمان، کاهش کیفیت زناشویی و خستگی مادر منجر می‌شود که در این پژوهش ظاهر شده است.

the etiology of the lack of effective involvement of autistic children’s fathers in their children’s rehabilitation process

background and aims autism is a common neurodevelopmental disorder that affects the lives of children and their families. children with autism require more care and support compared to typically developing children. in the effective treatment of children with autism, parents play a significant role in their children’s rehabilitation process. active participation of parents in rehabilitation leads to an increase in the generalization of learned skills and the effectiveness of treatment. fathers, like mothers, are vital in caring for these children. fathers of autistic children are involved in their children’s rehabilitation process. in most studies, the focus has been on the role of mothers, and that of fathers is often limited to providing financial support for living and medical expenses. therefore, the main goal of this research is to understand the reasons for the lack of effective participation of fathers of autistic children in the rehabilitation process of their children.methods this research was conducted using the qualitative method, the foundational data theory approach, and the strauss and corbin method. the data collection method was a semi-structured interview that was conducted with 16 fathers of autistic children in tehran. results finally, the psychological components were defined as the dimension of causal conditions, lack of effective participation of fathers as the dimension of the main phenomenon, contextual components as the dimension of contextual conditions, therapeutic components as the dimension of intervening conditions, coping strategies as the dimension of strategy, and consequential components as the dimension of outcomes dimension. conclusion different factors affect fathers’ lack of involvement in their autistic children’s rehabilitation process, leading to consequences, including a decrease in the tendency to seek treatment, a decrease in marital quality, and a mother’s fatigue.
