   کیفیت زندگی، خودکارآمدی و حمایت اجتماعی در افراد با ضایعه نخاعی و جمعیت عادی شهر بم

چکیده    مقدمه و اهداف آسیب نخاعی یک بیماری عصبی جدی و ویرانگر است. در این افراد حمایت اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی ممکن است دستخوش تغییراتی شده باشد. هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی تفاوت کیفیت زندگی، خودکارآمدی و حمایت اجتماعی بین افراد مبتلا به ضایعه نخاعی و افراد عادی شهرستان بم بود.مواد و روش‌ها این مطالعه مقطعی در شهر بم انجام شد. با نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، افراد مبتلا به ضایعه نخاعی بالای 18 سال از انجمن ضایعه نخاعی و سازمان بهزیستی انتخاب شدند. افراد عادی از کسانی انتخاب شدند که ازنظر محل سکونت مشابه بیماران ضایعه نخاعی بودند. از 145 نفر مبتلا به ضایعه نخاعی تنها 103 نفر رضایت‌نامه شرکت در مطالعه را امضا کردند که 3 نفر از آن‌ها معیارهای ورود را نداشتند. همه شرکت‌کنندگان سه پرسش‌نامه شامل پرسش‌نامه کیفیت زندگی فرم کوتاه 36 سوالی ( sf36)، مقیاس چندبعدی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده (mspss) و مقیاس خودکارآمدی عمومی(gse) را تکمیل کردند. برای اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی از آمار توصیفی و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل نتایج از آزمون تی مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد.یافته‌ها شرکت‌کنندگان در مطالعه شامل 100 نفر ضایعه نخاعی و 100نفر جمعیت عادی بود. نتایج نشان داد نمره مقیاس خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی در گروه ضایعه نخاعی در مقایسه با افراد عادی به‌‌طور معنی‌داری پایین‌تر است (001/p<0)، اما حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده و زیرمقیاس‌های آن، بین دو گروه ضایعه نخاعی و جمعیت عادی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. همچنین، بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی، خودکارآمدی و حمایت اجتماعی درک‌شده در افراد ضایعه نخاعی نشان داد که بین خودکارآمدی و حمایت اجتماعی(0/001>p)، بین خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی (0/001>p) و بین حمایت اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی (0/002=p) همبستگی معنی‌داری وجود دارد. در جمعیت عمومی بین خودکارآمدی و حمایت اجتماعی (0/01=p)، بین خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی (0/001>p) همبستگی معنی‌داری وجود داشت، اما همبستگی معنی‌داری بین حمایت اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی وجود نداشت (0/337=p).نتیجه‌گیری کیفیت زندگی و خودکارآمدی  افراد با ضایعه نخاعی از افراد عادی کمتر بود، اما بین افراد ضایعه نخاعی و افراد عادی در حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت که ممکن است به بافت فرهنگی محل زندگی شرکت‌کنندگان مربوط باشد. همبستگی معنی‌دار حمایت اجتماعی با خودکارآمدی و حمایت اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی در افراد مبتلا به ضایعه نخاعی نشان‌دهنده اهمیت حمایت اجتماعی در این بیماران است. همچنین رابطه بین خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی اهمیت مداخلات روانی اجتماعی را در این گروه برجسته می‌کند.

   comparing quality of life, self-efficacy, and social support in people with spinal cord injury and the general population in bam city, iran

Abstract    background and aims spinal cord injury (sci) is a serious and devastating neurological disease. in affected people, social support, quality of life and self-efficacy, given as factors influencing mental health, may undergo some changes. this study compares the quality of life, self-efficacy, and social support between people with spinal cord injury and the general population of bam city, iran.methods this cross-sectional study was performed in bam city, iran. using convenience sampling, people with sci over 18 years of age were recruited from the spinal cord injury association and welfare organization. general people were selected from the place of residence of the sci patients. of the 145 people with spinal cord injury, only 103 signed a consent form to participate in the study, of which 3 did not meet the inclusion criteria. all participants completed three questionnaires, including the 36-item short-form survey (sf-36), the multidimensional scale of perceived social support (mspss), and the general self-efficacy scale (gse). descriptive statistics for demographic information were used, and an independent sample t test and pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the results.results the participants included 100 sci patients and 100 normal population. the results showed that the sf-36  and self-efficacy scale in the sci group, compared to the general population, were significantly lower (p<0.001). there was no significant difference between the sci and the general population in mspss and its subscales. in addition, there was a significant correlation between mspss, gse, and sf-36  in people with sci, showing a significant correlation between gse and mspss (p<0.001), between gse and sf-36  (p<0.001), and between mspss and sf-36 (p=0.002). in the general population, there was a significant correlation between gse and mspss (p=0.01), and between gse and sf-36 (p<0.001), but there was no significant correlation between mspss and sf-36 (p=0.337).conclusion self-efficacy and quality of life of participants with sci were significantly different from the general population; however, there was no significant difference between people with sci and the general population in perceived social support, which may relate to the cultural context in which participants live. also, the significant correlation between social support and self-efficacy and social support and quality of life in people with spinal cord injury indicates the importance of social support in these patients. additionally, the relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life highlights the importance of psychosocial interventions in this group.
