تفاوت پوسچر بین سمت راست و چپ در پسران دبیرستانی مبتلا به پشت تابدار براساس رویکرد جامع

مقدمه و اهداف پوسچر پشت تابدار شیوع فراوانی در بین جوامع مختلف دارد و دارای عواقب زیادی به‌ویژه برای پسران نوجوان می‌باشد. در تحقیقات گذشته فرض بر این بوده است که در افراد مبتلا تفاوتی بین پوسچر در سمت راست در مقایسه با سمت چپ در صفحه ساجیتال وجود ندارد. بنابراین هدف کلی از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تفاوت پوسچر بین سمت راست و چپ در صفحه ساجیتال در پسران دبیرستانی مبتلا به پشت تابدار با تیلت قدامی لگن بود.مواد و روش‌ها نمونه‌ها 45 نفر پسر دبیرستانی مبتلا به پوسچر پشت تابدار با تیلت قدامی لگن بودند. میانگین سن 16/33 سال، میانگین شاخص توده بدنی 21/33 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع، میانگین زاویه تاب در سمت راست و چپ به‌ترتیب 15/49 و 15/29 درجه و میانگین تیلت لگن در سمت راست و چپ به‌ترتیب 16/96 و 15/27 درجه بود. زاویه تاب به‌عنوان مشخصه اصلی این پوسچر نامطلوب و زوایای سر به جلو، شانه به جلو، جابه‌جایی تنه به سمت عقب، جابه‌جایی لگن به سمت جلو و تیلت لگن یا زاویه ران به‌عنوان جزئیات به‌هم‌پیوسته آن با استفاده از روش فتوگرامتری در دو سمت بدن محاسبه و کایفوز سینه‌ای افزایش‌یافته با استفاده از خط‌کش منعطف اندازه‌گیری شد.یافته‌ها نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره یک‌طرفه برای داده‌های زوجی نشان داد در نوجوانان پسر مبتلا به پشت تابدار به‌طورکلی بین پوسچر در سمت راست در مقایسه با سمت چپ، تفاوت معنی‌داری با اندازه اثر بزرگ وجود دارد (f(7,38)=7/92 و  p=0/001 و لامبادای ویلک=0/407 و مربع اتای جزئی=0/593).نتیجه‌گیری نتایج تحقیق حاضر حاکی از آن بود که برای اندازه‌گیری پوسچر افراد مبتلا به پشت تابدار برخلاف پیش‌فرض مطالعات گذشته که برگرفته از رویکرد سنتی با دیدگاهی تقلیل‌گرایانه است، نیاز است با رویکرد جامع که برگرفته از دیدگاه سیستمی است پوسچر در هر دو سمت بدن اندازه‌گیری شود.

investigating posture differences between the right and left sides in high school boys with sway-back: a comprehensive approach

background and aims the sway-back posture is common among different societies and has many consequences, especially for teenage boys. previous studies have assumed no significant difference in posture between the right and left sides for individuals with sway-back posture. accordingly, this study investigates the differences in posture between the right and left sides in the sagittal plane among high school boys with sway-back posture and anterior pelvic tilt.methods the study involved 45 high school boys with sway-back posture and anterior pelvic tilt. the mean age of the participants is 16.33 years. the mean body mass index is 21.33 kg/m². the mean sway-back angle is 15.49 degrees on the right side and 15.29 degrees on the left side. additionally, the mean pelvic tilt is 16.96 degrees on the right side and 15.27 degrees on the left side. the sway angle, as the main characteristic of this posture, and forward head, forward shoulder, trunk lean, pelvic displacement, and pelvic tilt or hip angles as its connected details were calculated using the photogrammetry method on both sides of the body. thoracic hyper-kyphosis was measured using by flexible ruler.results the results of the 1-way repeated measures multivariate analysis of variance test showed a significant difference between the posture on the right side compared to the left in high school boys with sway-back with a large effect size (f7, 38=7.92, p=0.001, wilk lambda=0.407, and partial eta squared [ηp2]=0.593)conclusion contrary to the assumptions of past studies based on a traditional reductionist approach, it is necessary to measure the posture of individuals with sway-back on both sides of the body using a comprehensive approach grounded in a systemic perspective.
