اثربخشی آموزش مدل‌سازی ویدئویی بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان مادران و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان ناشنوا

مقدمه و اهداف برنامه آموزشی مدل‌سازی ویدئویی به عنوان روشی نوین و کاربردی برای بهبود تنطیم شناختی هیجان مادران و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان ناشنوا مطرح شده است و استفاده از آن با نتایج مطلوبی همراه است. پژوهش حاضر به ‌منظور بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدل‌سازی ویدئویی بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان مادران و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان ناشنوا در شهر اصفهان انجام شد. مواد و روش ها پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و گروه شاهد بود. در این پژوهش 24 نفر از کودکان ناشنوا شرکت داشتند که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از مرکز توانبخشی مادر کودک آوا انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی‌ها به دو گروه آزمایش و شاهد تقسیم شدند؛ به نحوی که هر گروه از 12 نفر تشکیل شده بود. گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه آموزش مدل‌سازی ویدئویی (هفته‌ای 2 جلسه؛ هر جلسه 40 دقیقه‌) شرکت کردند، در حالی ‌که به گروه شاهد این آموزش ارائه نشد. ابزارهای استفاده‌ شده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان و فهرست مشکلات رفتاری کودک بودند. داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تک ‌متغیری در نسخه 24 نرم‌افزار spss تحلیل شد. یافته ها نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که آموزش مدل‌سازی ویدئویی در مرحله بعد از مداخله بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان مادران و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان ناشنوا در گروه آزمایش تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت (0/001>p). نتیجه گیری با توجه به یافته‌های به دست آمده در پژوهش حاضر، پیشنهاد می‌شود که در کنار سایر روش‌های آموزشی و توان‌بخشی کودکان ناشنوا، برنامه آموزشی مدل‌سازی ویدئویی نیز به کار برده شود.

Effectiveness of Video Modeling Training on Cognitive Emotion Regulation of Mothers and Behavioral Problems of Deaf Children

Background and Aims: Video modeling training program is becoming a more practical method to improve cognitive emotion regulation of mothers and behavioral problems of deaf children and using this program has been associated with desirable outcomes. The purpose of the present research was to investigate the effectiveness of video modeling training on cognitive emotion regulation of mothers and behavioral problems of deaf children in Isfahan city. Material and Methods: A semiexperimental study with pretest, posttest design, and control group was conducted. Participants were 24 deaf children from rehabilitation center of Mother Child selected via convenient sampling method, who were then divided into experimental and control groups, each group consisting of 12 children. The experimental group participated in video modeling training in 8 sessions (two sessions weekly; each for 40 minutes), while the control group did not take part in any training. The instruments used in this research were cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire and child behavior checklist (CBCL). The obtained data were analyzed using analysis of covariance test in SPSS, version 24. Results: The results showed that video modeling training had a significant effect on the cognitive emotion regulation of mothers and behavioral problems of deaf children in the experimental group postintervention (P<0.001). Conclusion: Considering the obtained findings, it is suggested that beside other educational and rehabilitation methods for deafchildren, video modeling training program be implemented, too.
