زنجیره‌تامین حلقه بسته با کیفیت متفاوت محصولات تولید و بازتولید و نرخ بازگشت تصادفی با رویکرد نظریه بازی‌ها

امروزه باتوجه به مسائل زیست‌محیطی، قوانین دولتی و منافع اقتصادی توجه به جمع آوری و بازتولید محصولات افزایش بیشتری پیدا کرده است. در این مقاله یک زنجیره‌تامین حلقه بسته دوسطحی درنظر گرفته شده است که شامل یک تولیدکننده و یک خرده‌فروش است و تقاضا از طریق کالاهای تولید شده و بازتولید شده تامین می شود. کیفیت کالاهای دست‌دومی که بازتولید می شوند، با کیفیت محصولات نو، یکسان نبوده، تصادفی و از توزیع نمایی پیروی می کند. همچنین نرخ بازگشت کالاها تصادفی درنظر گرفته شده و از توزیع یکنواخت پیروی می کند. تولیدکننده به‌دنبال تعیین قیمت عمده‌فروشی کالاهای بازتولید و تولیدی به ‌گونه است که سود خود را حداکثر سازد و خرده‌فروش نیز با هدف حداکثرسازی سود قیمت خرده‌فروشی کالاهای تولیدی و بازتولیدی و طول سیکل را تعیین می‌کند. تعامل میان خرده‌فروش و تولیدکننده با استفاده از رویکرد نظریه بازی ها در شرایط هم‌زمان (ایستا) و غیر هم‌زمان (تولیدکننده رهبر و خرده‌فروش رهبر) بررسی شده است. باتوجه به بررسی های صورت گرفته سود زنجیره‌تامین (تولیدکننده و خرده‌فروش) در حالت غیرهم‌زمان بیشتر از حالت هم‌زمان می باشد.

closed-loop supply chain with different quality of manufacturing and remanufacturing products and a stochastic return rate by game theory approach

nowadays, due to environmental issues, government laws and economic interests, attention to product collection and reproduction has increased. in this thesis, a two-level closed loop supply chain is considered, which includes a manufacturer and a retailer, and the demand is met through manufactured and remanufactured products. the quality of second-hand products that are remanufactured is not as same as the quality of new products, it is random and follows the distribution. also, the rate of return of goods is considered random and follows a uniform distribution. the manufacturer determines the wholesale price of the remanufactured and manufactured products in order to maximize their profit, and the retailer determines the retail price of the manufactured and remanufactured products and the length of the cycle in order to maximize the profit. the interaction between the retailer and the manufacturer has been modeled by using the game theory approach in the static and stackelberg (either the leader manufacturer or the leader retailer) games. according to studies, the profit of the supply chain (the manufacturer and the retailer) in stackelberg game is more than static game.
