تحلیلی بر تاثیر مداخلات تاب‌آوری بر سلامت روان مراقبین خانوادگی سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر

بیماری آلزایمر به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین و شایع‌ترین علت زوال عقل و نوعی اختلال مزمن، پیچیده و پیشروندِ عصبی است. ازآنجایی‌که مراقبین خانوادگی نقش مراقبت همه‌جانبه از سالمند آلزایمری را بر عهده‌دارند، آموزش تاب‌آوری این امکان را به آنان می‌دهد تا به درک بهتری برسند و واکنش‌های مناسبی را در شرایط چالش بر‌انگیز داشته باشند. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف مروری بر مطالعات تاثیر مداخلات تاب‌آوری بر سلامت روان مراقبین سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر انجام شد. این مطالعه، از نوع مطالعات مروری نظام‌مند روایتی است که به بررسی مطالعات مربوط به تاثیر مداخلات تاب‌آوری بر سلامت روان مراقبین خانوادگی سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر از سال 1995 تا پایان سال 2016 میلادی می‌پردازد. با استفاده از جستجوی کلیدواژه در عنوان و یا چکیده مقاله در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی magiran، sid، medlib، iranmedex برای مطالعات فارسی‌زبان و مقالات دارای متن کامل به زبان انگلیسی در پایگاه‌های proquest  elsevier,، ovid، pubmed، science direct با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های ذیل در عنوان مقاله جستجو شدند. واژه‌های فارسی شامل سلامت روان، مراقبین خانوادگی، آلزایمر و تاب‌آوری بود. این کلیدواژه‌ها در زبان انگلیسی شامل mental health، family caregivers، alzheimer’s disease، resilient با تک‌تک واژه‌های  aging, elder, ageing, older people elderly  بوده است. پس از جست‌وجو در پایگاه داده‌های اطلاعاتی در دسترس با کلیدواژه‌های مناسب به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی و بدون محدودیت زمانی تعداد 54 مقاله به دست آمد. از این میان 13 مقاله که بیشترین ارتباط را با اهداف موردنظر ما داشتند انتخاب و موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که فشار ناشی از مراقبت سالمندان تمامی ابعاد جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی، معنوی و کیفیت زندگی مراقبین را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و فشار مراقبت به‌شدت بعد سلامت روان مراقبین را تهدید می‌کند؛ اما مداخلات آموزشی برای کاهش فشار مراقبتی و ارائه‌ی آموزش‌های مناسب درباره‌ی بهبود تاب‌آوری به مراقبین سبب بهبود کیفیت مراقبت از سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر می‌گردد. 

analytical on effect of resilience interventions on mental health in family caregivers of elderlies with alzheimer's disease: a review literature

alzheimer’s disease is one of the most common and common causes of dementia and a chronic, complex, and progressive neurological disorder. as family caregiver’s play an all-encompassing role in alzheimer’s elderly care, resilient learning gives them the opportunity to better understand and respond appropriately in challenging situations. due to the importance of the subject and the existence of few studies in this field, the present study was carried out. this study is a overview study that focuses on the effect of resilient interventions on the family mental health of elderly people with alzheimer’s disease from 1995 to the end of 2016. using keyword search in the title or abstract of the articles in the magiran, sid, medlib, iranmedex databases for farsi language studies and full-text articles in english at produce elsevier, ovid, pubmed, science direct sites using the following keywords were searched in the title of the article. persian words including mental health, family caregivers, alzheimer’s disease, and resilient. these keywords in english include mental health, family caregivers, alzheimer’s disease, resilient, with every single word aging, elder, ageing, older people elderly. after searching the available databases with proper keywords in both farsi and english, 54 articles were obtained without time limit. of these, 11 articles with the most relevance to our goals were selected and examined.the results showed; the pressure from nursing care affects all physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and quality of life of family caregivers, and the pressure of care severely affects caregivers’ mental health. therefore, the need to intervene to reduce care pressure and provide resilience education to family caregivers improve the quality of care for the elderly with alzheimer’s.
