مروری بر هوش معنوی و عوامل تاثیرپذیر از آن، در ارائه دهندگان خدمات سلامت

کارکنان شاغل در بیمارستان‌ها و مراکز بهداشتی درمانی همواره در شرایط تهدید سلامت جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی قرار داشته که موجب کاهش عملکرد و هزینه‌های زیاد می‌گردد. هوش‌معنوی، توانایی کاربرد و بروز ارزش‌های معنوی است، به‌گونه‌ایی که سبب بهبود عملکرد روزانه و سلامت جسمی و روحی فرد می‌شود. لذا این مطالعه مروری با هدف بررسی هوش‌معنوی و مولفه‌های تاثیرپذیر آن در ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت انجام شد. این مطالعه بصورت مرور مفهومی انجام شد. در مطالعه حاضر، مطالعات فارسی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی فارسی زبان مانند؛ سامانه دانش‌گستر برکت، پژوهشگاه علوم و فن‌آوری اطلاعات ایرانsid, magiran ، با کلیدواژه‌های هوش معنوی، پرستار، ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت از سال 1380 تا نیمه اول سال 1400 جستجو شد. برای جستجوی مطالعات به زبان انگلیسی از کلیدواژه‌های spiritual intelligence, nurses در پایگاه داده‌های scopus،pubmed،google scholar ، embase  و  science directدر بین سال 2021-2010 استفاده شد. همچنین جستجو در پایگاه اطلاعات google scholar به فارسی و انگلیسی انجام شد. معیارهای ورود شامل مقالات کامل فارسی و انگلیسی بوده است. معیارهای خروج شامل عدم دسترسی به مقاله کامل بوده است. در این مطالعه مروری از میان 241 مقاله، 33 مطالعه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که هوش‌معنوی دارای  پیامدهای جسمی و روانی نظیر؛ سلامت عمومی، سلامت روان، سخت‌رویی، خود انضباطی، کیفیت زندگی، تاب‌آوری، عملکرد انطباقی، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی، شادکامی، واکنش‌های هیجانی در کارکنان نظام سلامت می‌باشد و همچنین  پیامدهای سازمانی هوش‌معنوی ارایه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت شامل؛ رضایت‌شغلی، فرسودگی شغلی، حساسیت اخلاقی، مسئولیت‌پذیری، صلاحیت بالینی، رفتار اخلاقی، رعایت کدهای اخلاقی، حمایت از بیمار، نگرش به حقوق بیمار، بهبود عملکرد و کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری، خودکارآمدی می‌باشد. با توجه به این که هوش‌معنوی بر بسیاری از حیطه‌های  شخصی و شغلی ارایه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت تاثیر مثبت می‌گذارد، بایستی مدیران در راستای افزایش هوش‌معنوی کارکنان نظام سلامت برنامه‌ریزی انجام دهند. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود با برگزاری کارگاه‌ها و دوره‌های آموزشی سبب ارتقاء هوش‌معنوی ارایه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت و در نهایت موجب بهبود عملکرد کارکنان بهداشتی‌، افزایش رضایت‌مندی بیماران و ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات درمانی نائل گردید.

an overview of spiritual intelligence and its influential factors in health care providers

employees working in hospitals and health centers have always been in a state of threat to physical, mental and social health, which reduces performance and high costs. spiritual intelligence is the ability to apply and express spiritual values ​​in a way that improves one’s daily functioning and physical and mental health. therefore, this review study was conducted to investigate spiritual intelligence and its related components in health care providers. this study was a systematic review.in the present study, persian studies in persian language databases such as daneshgostar barakat system, iran information science and technology research institute (irandoc), sid, magiran, with the keywords spiritual intelligence, nurse, health service providers searched from 2001 to the first half of 2021. to search for studies in english, the keywords spiritual intelligence, nurses were used in the scopus, pubmed, google scholar, embase and science direct databases between 2020-2000. the google scholar database was also searched in persian and english. inclusion criteria included complete persian and english articles. exclusion criteria included not having access to the full article. in this review study, out of 241 articles, 33 studies were used. findings showed that spiritual intelligence has physical and psychological consequences such as general health, mental health, hardiness, self-discipline, quality of life, resilience, adaptive performance, psychological well-being, happiness, emotional reactions in health system employees and also consequences organizational spiritual intelligence of health service providers includes job satisfaction, burnout, moral sensitivity, responsibility, clinical competence, ethical behavior, compliance with ethical codes, patient support, attitude to patient rights, improving the performance and quality of nursing care, self-efficacy. given that spiritual intelligence has a positive effect on many personal and professional areas of health service providers, managers should plan to increase the spiritual intelligence of health system employees. therefore, it is recommended to hold workshops and training courses. improving the spiritual intelligence of health service providers and ultimately improving the performance of health workers, increasing patient satisfaction and improving the quality of health services.
