تحلیل ارتباط میان راهبرد آموزش درمان گرایانه و درمان آموزش گرایانه در علوم بهداشتی و پزشکی

آموزش علوم بهداشتی و پزشکی در عصر حاضر نیازمند درمان می‌باشد زیرا آموزش درمان‌گرایانه نمی‌تواند به‌تنهایی بر اهداف عالی بهداشتی اثرگذار باشد بایستی بدنه آموزش نیز خود ترمیم گردد براین‌اساس مطالعه حاضر با هدف تحلیل راهبرد آموزش علوم پزشکی با رویکرد درمانی در امتداد درمان آموزش می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مروری با جستجو در پایگاه داده‌های isi web of knowledge,pubmed, medline, scopus و google scholar با کلیدواژه‌های؛ آموزش علوم پزشکی، آموزش درمانگر، درمان، پیشگیری، آموزش پیشگیرانه طی سال‌های 1995 تاکنون صورت گرفته است. به استناد مطالعات اندکی که در زمینه راهبردهای آموزش و درمان و یا متقابل آن صورت گرفته و جستجو هدفمند و تحلیل موضوع نتایج نشان داده است نمی‌توان اهداف آموزش علوم بهداشتی و پزشکی را همچنان به آموزش درمانگران موفق سوق داد بلکه بایستی در اهداف بازبینی و بازنویسی جدی صورت گیرد تا درمانگران که فارغ التحصیل می‌شوند خود با رویکرد آموزشی بدنه درمان را اصلاح و ترمیم نمایند و درمان با هدف آموزش پیشگیرانه را بکار ببرند شاید این استراتژی زمان‌بر و هزینه‌بر باشد اما در طولانی‌مدت درمان گران از رویکرد صرف درمان بیماران به پیشگیری و تغییر رفتار بهداشتی گروه هدف دست می‌یابد. ضمن اینکه تغییر رفتارهای بهداشتی در کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت سرمایه کلان بهداشتی است و سیاست‌گذاری‌های بهداشتی را به‌شدت تحت تاثیر قرار خواهد داد. در بحران همه‌گیر دنیا و در حین بروز بیماری‌های نوپدید و بازپدید بازنگری در برنامه آموزش علوم‌پزشکی جامعه نگر اهمیت وافری دارد و این مهم زمانی محقق خواهد یافت که درمان بر مبنای اصول اساسی بهداشتی و درمانی و در مسیر صحیح سلامت باشد.

analysis of the relationship between therapeutic education strategy and educational therapy in health and medical sciences

education of health and medical sciences in this era needs treatment because therapeutic education alone cannot have an effect on high health goals. the body of education should also be repaired. therefore, the present study aims to analyze the strategy of medical science education with a therapeutic approach along the treatment of education. the present study is a review study by searching the databases of isi web of knowledge, pubmed, medline, scopus and google scholar with the keywords of medical science education, therapist education, treatment, prevention, preventive education during the years 1995 until now. based on the few studies that have been carried out in the field of education and treatment strategies or their interactions, and the targeted search and analysis of the results have shown that the goals of health and medical science education cannot be pushed to the training of successful therapists. rather, it should be revised and rewritten in order for graduate therapists to modify the body of treatment with an educational approach and apply treatment with the aim of preventive education. maybe this strategy is time-consuming and expensive, but in the long run, therapists will achieve prevention from the approach of treating patients. in addition, changing health behaviors in the short and long term is a major health investment and will greatly affect health policies. in the pandemic crisis of the world and during the emergence and reappearance of new diseases, it is important to review the community-oriented medical science education program, and this will be realized when the treatment is based on the basic principles of health and treatment and is on the right path to health.
