برنامه‌های آموزش فرزندپروری برای کودکان کم‌شنوا: مروری روایتی

مقاله حاضر مروری روایتی بر برنامه‌های آموزش فرزندپروری کودکان کم‌شنوا و ویژگی‌های آن برنامه‌ها بود. به این منظور مقاله‌های منتشرشده به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی؛ irandoc و sid، isc برای مقاله‌های فارسی از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی؛science direct ،  scopus،pubmed، medline و google scholar برای مقاله‌های انگلیسی استفاده شد. پس از حذف مقاله‌های تکراری، اسامی برنامه‌های آموزش فرزندپروری کودکان کم‌شنوا از مقاله‌های موجود استخراج شدند که شامل 24 مقاله فارسی و انگلیسی بود. برای هر کدام از این برنامه‌ها اطلاعاتی همچون نام نویسنده(ها)، گروه هدف و سال انتشار برنامه جمع‌آوری شدند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که برنامه‌های مرتبط با فرزندپروری به دو دسته کلی عمومی و تخصصی تقسیم می‌شوند. شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌های دقیق‌تر برنامه‌ها منجر به کشف چهار حوزه در برنامه‌های فرزندپروری عمومی و یک حوزه در برنامه‌های تخصصی شد. با این که برنامه‌های کمی در حوزه آموزش فرزندپروری برای کودکان کم‌شنوا وجود دارد ولی شایسته است که از هر برنامه با توجه به مشکلات والد- کودک، نیازهای آنها و اهداف برنامه استفاده شود. با توجه به این که وجود فرزند کم‌شنوا تمام جنبه‌های زندگی فرد، به‌ویژه تعامل والدین با کودک را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. بنابراین، کاربرد مناسب برنامه‌های آموزشی فرزندپروری برای بهبود تعامل پدر و مادر با فرزند و همچنین تقویت مهارت‌های زبانی فرزند کم‌شنوای آن‌ها ضروری است.

the parenting education programs for hearing impaired children: a narrative review

the present article was a narrative review overview of parenting education programs for hearing impaired children and the characteristics of those programs. for this purpose, articles published in persian and english in irandoc and sid databases, isc for persian articles and science direct, scopus, pubmed, medline and google scholar databases for english articles were used. after removing duplicate articles, the names of parenting education programs for hearing impaired children were extracted from existing articles, which included 24 persian and english programs. for each of these programs, information such as author name (s), target group, and program release year was collected. the results of the present study showed that parenting related programs are divided into general and specialized categories. the more specific similarities and differences of the programs led to the discovery of four domains in general parenting programs and one domain in specialized programs. although there are few programs in the field of parenting education for hearing impaired children, it is worthwhile to use each program according to the parent-child problems, their needs and the goals of the program. since the existence of a hearing impaired child affects all aspects of a person’s life, especially parent-child interaction, the proper use of parenting education programs is essential to improve parent-child interaction as well as to strengthen the language skills of their hearing impaired children.
