حساسیت‌های غذایی در بیماری‌های آلرژیک در ایران: مقاله مروری ساده

بیماری‌های آلرژیک در دنیا شایع‌اند و تحریک‌کننده‌ای مختلفی دارند. آلرژی غذایی ممکن است در بیماری‌های آلرژیک دخیل باشد. هدف از این مطالعه مروری ساده از حساسیت به آلرژی‌های غذایی در بیماران شامل؛ آسم، رینیت ائرژیک، درماتیت آتوپیک و کهیر می‌باشد.جستجو در سایت‌های scopus, embase, pubmed, google scholar,irandoc,sid صورت گرفته است. کلیدواژه‌های مورد استفاده شامل؛ skin prick test, laboratory rast and immunocap, asthma, allergic rhinitis, urticarial, eczema,atopic dermatitis and iran  بوده‌اند. محدودیت زمانی برای جستجو نداشته‌ایم و هر مقاله ای که شرایط ورود را داشته باشد تا تاریخ بهمن سال 1398 وارد مطالعه شدند.  از بین 114 مقاله یافت شده تعداد اندکی با شرایطی شامل؛ شامل: مقاله کامل، داشتن تست حساسیت برای آلرژی(پوستی یا سرمی یا هردو)، بیماریهای آلرژیک به تنهایی یا توام(آسم، کهیر، اگزما و رینیت آلرژیک) داشته باشند. محدودیتی برای سن و جنس وجود نداشته است. 20 مقاله مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تمام مقالات دارای تست پوستی پریک بودند به‌جز دو مقاله که تست پریک و رست و یک مقاله که تست پریک، رست و تست چالشی شده‌اند. مقالات دارای نمونه‌های متفاوت آلرژی‌های غذایی متفاوت و سن‌های مختلفی بوده‌اند. بیشتر مقالات آلرژی‌های غذایی را در درماتیت آتوپیک بررسی کرده‌اند. تخم‌مرغ(زرده و سفیده)، شیر گاو، گندم، بادام‌زمینی و سویا به ترتیب شایع‌ترین مواد غذایی در بیماری‌های آلرژیک بوده‌اند. حساسیت و آلرژی غذایی در کودکان شایع‌تر از بالغین می‌باشد. نتایج نشان داد که تخم‌مرغ و شیر شایع‌ترین حساسیت‌های غذایی در بیماری‌های آلرژیک در ایران می‌باشند.

food sensitizations in allergic disorders in iran; a narrative review article

allergic disorders are common in the world and they have different triggers. food allergy may be contributed in allergic disorders. the aim of this study was to review to food sensitization in children allergic disorders such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis and urticaria.we searched in some data bases include google scholar, pubmed, embase and  scopus with key words  skin prick test, in vitro test, rast, immuno-cap, food allergy, asthma, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, eczema, atopic dermatitis, iran. 114 articles found. there was not limitation time for our search.we evaluate 20 articles.  all of papers have skin prick test except  two articles had skin prick test with  rast  and one study had skin prick test, rast and food challenge test. the articles have different sample size, food allergen and ages. more articles evaluate food allergens in atopic dermatitis in children. eggs (yolk and white), cow`s milk, wheat, peanut and soya were more common food sensitization in allergic disorders. food sensitization and allergy is more common in children than adults. eggs and milk are more common food sensitization in allergic disorders in iran.
