خشونت علیه پرستاران اورژانس و برخی عوامل مرتبط با آن

خشونت علیه پرستاران یکی از مشکلات در حال افزایش در سراسر دنیا می‌باشد. یکی از نگرانی‌های کارکنان بهداشت و درمان خشونت محل کار می‌باشد که یکی از عوامل موثر در کاهش کیفیت کاری و میزان رضایتمندی کارکنان و بیماران است، بخش اورژانس به لحاظ طبیعت کاری، محیطی پربرخورد است و به‌سادگی می‌تواند به محلی جهت بروز رفتارهای خشونت‌آمیز تبدیل گردد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی سیستماتیک تعیین خشونت علیه پرستاران اورژانس طراحی و اجرا شد.این مطالعه به‌صورت مروری نقلی بوده که جستجو از طریق پایگاه‌های: google scholar، pubmed ،scopus ، پایگاه علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، بانک نشریات کشور بدون در نظر گرفتن محدودیت زمانی انجام شد. معیارهای ورود مقالات شامل: پژوهش مرتبط با پرستار اورژانس، انتشار مقاله به زبان فارسی یا انگلیسی، امکان دسترسی به متن کامل مقالات. نتایج: در نهایت 15 مقاله در راستای اهداف پژوهش برگزیده شد. یافته‌ها به 8 دسته اصلی؛ ویژگی‌های خشونت، ویژگی‌های پرستاران، واکنش پرستاران به خشونت، میزان گزارش دهی و دلایل عدم گزارش دهی، ویژگی‌های خشونت کننده، مشکلاتی که خشونت به وجود می‌آورد، ابعاد قانونی خشونت، راه‌کارهای کاهش خشونت تقسیم‌بندی شدند.بیشترین خشونت رخ داده علیه پرستاران از نوع خشونت کلامی و سپس فیزیکی می‌باشد؛ خشونت جنسی و نژادی در مطالعات کمی بررسی‌شده‌اند. موضوع نگران‌کننده میزان پایین گزارش دهی و پیگیری‌های پس از وقوع خشونت می‌باشد که لازم است با برنامه‌ریزی و سیاست‌گذاری از وقوع آن کاست.

violence against emergency nurses and some related factors

violence against nurses is one of the growing problems around the world. one of the concerns of health workers is violence at work, which is one of the effective factors in decreasing the working quality and satisfaction of staff and patients. the emergency department, because of its working nature is an environment full of violence and can easily turn to a place for violent behavior. the purpose of this study was to systematically investigate the determination of violence against emergency nurses.this study is a narrative review that searches through databases, google scholar. pubmed. scopus, scientific jihad scientific database (sid), magiran (bank of journals of the country). criteria’s for articles entry included: researches related to emergency nurses, publishing article in persian or english , the accessibility to the article’s full text. finally, 15 articles were selected for the purpose of the research. the findings were categorized into 8 main categories, violent characteristics, nurses characteristics,  nurses reactions to violence, reporting rates and reasons for not reporting, violet’s characteristics, problems that cause violence, legal dimensions of violence, violence reduction strategies.most of the violence against nurses is verbal and then physical; sexual and racial violence have been studied in a few studies. the concerning matter is the low rate of reporting and follow-up after violence which needs to be mitigated by planning and policy.
