مروری بر وضعیت شاخص‌های علم‌ سنجی و انتخاب شاخص ارزیابی بروندادهای علمی در حوزه علوم پزشکی

در سال‌های اخیر تولیدات علمی در حوزه علوم پزشکی رشد چشمگیری داشته و تعیین شاخص مناسب برای سنجش آن‌ها نیز ضروری است . هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی مروری وضعیت شاخص‌های موجود علم‌سنجی و شاخص علم‌سنجی مطلوب برای ارزیابی بروندادهای علمی در حوزه علوم پزشکی است. در این مطالعه مروری، با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های فارسی(علم‌سنجی، شاخص ،مجلات، دانشگاه، پژوهشگر ) در پایگاه‌های فارسی مگیران، نورمگز، ایرانداک، کتابخانه ملی، علوم منطقه‌ای، مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، سیویلیکا و کلیدواژه‌های لاتین (scientometric, indicator, journals, university ,researcher) در پایگاه‌های خارجی با جستجوی پیشرفته  google، pubmed،google scholar،scopus، isi وresearch gate  کاوش صورت پذیرفت. در این راستا سعی شده مرتبط‌ترین پیشینه‌ها در محدوده سال‌های 2019-2005 به شرح زیر استخراج شوند. در نتیجه جستجو براساس وجودکلیدواژه در عنوان مقاله، 28 مقاله که واجد اطلاعات معتبر و قابل‌اعتماد بوده‌اند، موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های استخراج‌شده از مطالعات نشان داد که در تمامی پژوهش‌ها یک وجه مشترک وجود دارد،که شاخص‌های موجود نمی‌توانند به‌تنهایی بروندادهای علمی را به‌صورت جامع ارزیابی نمایند و همه محققان در پژوهش‌های خود به دنبال ارائه شاخصی جدیدی بودند تا مکمل و یا جایگزین شاخص‌ها گردند. بنابراین کار علمی فعالیتی پیچیده است که باید توسط بیش از یک متریک ارزیابی شود و نیاز به لزوم به‌کارگیری شاخص‌های ترکیبی را نمی‌توان نادیده گرفت. چرا که امروزه علم‌سنجی در شناخت بهتر نقاط قوت و ضعف و تبیین و پیش‌بینی وضعیت علمی پژوهشگران، دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کاربردهای فراوان یافته است.  

a review of the status of existing scientific index and selection of the most appropriate index for evaluation of scientific outputs in the field of medical sciences

    in recent years, scientific output in the field of medical science has grown dramatically, and the determination of the appropriate index for their measurement is necessary. the purpose of the present study is to review the status of existing scientific and index indicators for the evaluation of scientific outputs in the field of medical sciences.in this review study, using persian keywords (sciences, indexes, journals, universities, researcher) in the persian data bases of magiran, noormags, irandoc, national library, regional science, scientific information database (sid), civilica, and latin keywords (scientometric, indicator, journals, university, researcher) external databases were searched by google advanced search, pubmed, google scholar, scopus, isi and research gate. in this regard, it is attempted to extract the most relevant documents in the period 2005-2019 as follows. as a result of the keyword search in the article title, 28 articles with valid and reliable information were reviewed. the findings from the studies showed that there is a unity in all studies, which the existing indices alone cannot fully evaluate the scientific outputs, and all researchers in their research sought to provide a new index to complement or replace the indices. therefore, scientific work is a complex activity that needs to be evaluated by more than one metric and the need to use synthetic indices cannot be ignored. nowadays, scientometrics has been widely used to better understand the strengths and weaknesses and to predict and predict the scientific status of researchers at medical universities.
