مروری بر عوامل زمینه ای و عوامل دموگرافیک موثر بر میزان مرگ و میر کووید-19

مهم‌ترین دغدغه امروز سرتاسر دنیا مرگ‌ و میر به علت بیماری کووید-19 است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی عوامل مختلف و چگونگی تاثیر آن‌ها بر میزان مرگ‌ومیر در اثر بیماری کووید-19 می‌باشد. در این مطالعه مروری مقالات به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی از اسفند سال 1398 تا فروردین 1400  بررسی شدند. کلیدواژه‌ها کووید-19، مرگ‌ومیر، بیماری های زمینه ای و عوامل دموگرافیک بودند که از طریق پایگاه اطلاعات علمی؛ جهاد دانشگاهی،   pubmed,  web of science, science direct google scholar, iran medex, ovid, scopus, و بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور جستجو شدند. ابتدا 298 مقاله جمع‌آوری شد. سپس عناوین و چکیده مقاله‌ها موردبررسی قرار گرفت. با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود، خروج و اهداف، نهایتاً 51 مقاله، وارد مطالعه شدند. بیماری‌های زمینه‌ای مانند فشارخون بالا، بیماری های قلبی و عروقی، دیابت و چاقی می توانند با تضعیف سیستم ایمنی، ایجاد التهاب، اختلالات انعقادی، اختلالات متابولیک و اختلال عملکردی سیستم تنفسی منجر به افزایش عوارض و یا مرگ‌ومیر مبتلایان به بیماری کووید-19 شوند. عوامل دموگرافیک مانند؛ سن، نژاد، جنسیت، و شغل  به‌واسطه ایجاد تفاوت‌های فیزیولوژیک، میزان تماس با ویروس و میزان حفاظت در مقابل آن بر میزان مرگ‌ومیر می‌توانند موثر باشند. در تحقیقات آینده بررسی اثر سبک زندگی و تمهیدات پیشگیری کننده برای بهبود آن بر شیوع عوارض شدید و مرگ و میر در اثر بیماری کووید-19 حائز اهمیت هستند.

review of effect of underlying diseases and demographic factors on mortality rate covid19

the today s most concerning problem in the world is the morbidity and mortality following covid19 infection. the aim of this study is to investigate different factors and their impacts on mortality rate of covid19 patients. in this review article, recent studies from february 2019 to april 2021 were assessed using english and persian resources. the keywords were covid19, mortality rate, underlying diseases, and demographic factors which were investigated through pubmed, web of science, science direct, iran medex, ovid, scopus, scientific information database and magi ran. at first 298 articles were collected. then titles and abstracts were assessed. due to inclusive, exclusive criteria, and aims of research, 51 articles were selected and entered to the study. underlying diseases like hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and obesity could lead to the increase of covid19 complications and mortality by weakening the immune system, producing inflammation, inducing metabolic disorders, coagulopathy, and impairing respiratory system function. demographic factors like age, sex, race and occupation could affect mortality rate of covid19 patients due to physiologic differences, rate of contacts, and protection measures. the impact of life-style on covid19 complications and mortality and preventing measures needed for modifications could be of high-interest in the future studies.
