تاثیر آمایش سرزمین بر عدالت آموزشی با رویکرد آموزش عالی سلامت

با توجه اهمیت توزیع عادلانه ارائه خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی در تمامی سطوح نظام سلامت و ضرورت توجه به آمایش سرزمینی در اجرای عدالت خصوصا عدالت آموزشی که پایه و اساس شکل گیری سازمان نظام سلامت می باشد مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیرات آمایش سرزمینی بر عدالت آموزشی در آموزش علوم پزشکی صورت گرفته است. این مطالعه مروری با دو رویکرد جمع آوری داده های کتابخانه ای و داده های پایگاه اطلاعاتی صورت گرفته است کلیدواژه های؛ آمایش سرزمینی، عدالت آموزشی، عدالت، آموزش عالی سلامت، آموزش علوم پزشکی در پایگاه داده های اطلاعاتی فارسی و انگلیسی در بازه زمانی 2020-2011 با تعداد 24 مقاله استخراجی صورت گرفته است. یافته های ناشی از جستجوی مقالات نشان داده که توزیع عادلانه آموزشی در سطوح مختلف نظام سلامت مبتنی بر شناخت زیر ساخت های ارائه دهنده خدمات بهداشتی درمانی می باشد. بر این اساس با بکارگیری رویکرد آمایش سرزمینی و ایجاد استانداردهای مبتنی بر بستر سازی عدالت محورانه نظام سلامت میتوان قدمی موثر در برآورده شدن نیازهای فراگیران، کارکنان، اعضای هیات علمی و عموم مردم کرد.

the effect of land management on educational justice with higher health education approach

the importance of equitable distribution of health services at all levels of the health system and the need to pay attention to land management in the administration of justice (especially educational justice, which is the basis for the formation of the health system organization). the aim of this study was to investigate the effects of land use planning on educational justice in medical education. this review study was conducted with two approaches of library data collection and database data. keywords; land use planning, educational justice, justice, higher health education, medical science education in persian and english databases in the period 2011-2020 with 24 extracted articles.findings from article search have shown that; equitable educational distribution is based on recognizing the infrastructure of health care providers. accordingly, by applying the land management approach and creating standards based on a fair bedrock of the health system, an effective step can be taken to meet the needs; learners, staff, faculty members and the general public.
