بررسی مداخلات مرتبط با نوجوانان با اختلالات طیف اوتیسم در دوره بلوغ: یک مطالعه مروری

در دوره بلوغ،  نوجوانان با اختلالات طیف اوتیسم با چالش‌های مختلفی روبه‌رو می‌شوند و بنابراین نیازمند مداخلات و آموزش‌های ضروری در زمینه‌های مختلف هستند. لذا مطالعه مروری حاضر، تحقیقات مداخله‌ی در ارتباط با مشکلات رفتاری، ارتباطی،  اجتماعی، جسمی و جنسی نوجوانان با اختلالات طیف اوتیسم سنین 16-12 سال را بررسی می‌کند. در این پژوهش مروری، 39 مقاله بین سال‌های 2018-2000 بررسی گردید. جستجوی الکترونیک با کلیدواژه‌های فارسی؛ اختلال طیف اوتیسم، نوجوانی، بلوغ، مداخلات و درمان، مشکلات رفتاری، ارتباطی،  اجتماعی، جسمی و جنسی و کلیدواژه‌های لاتین شامل؛autism spectrum disorder, adolescence, puberty, intervention, treatment therapy communication, sexual behavioural, social, and physical problems  در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخل؛sid, magiran, iranmedex و خارج کشور google scholar, pubmed science direct, elsevier  انجام شد.نتایج نشان داد که  در هرکدام از حوزه‌های رفتاری، اجتماعی، ارتباطی، جسمانی و جنسی، مداخلات موثری وجود دارد و در پژوهش‌های مختلف در فرایند مداخله از والدین، همسالان، معلمان، نوجوان و تکنولوژی در جهت رسیدن به اهداف مداخله استفاده شده است. به نظر می‌رسد در ارتباط با مشکلات نوجوانان با اختلالات طیف اوتیسم نیاز به انجام تحقیقات بیشتر ضروری است. به‌ویژه در ایران، اکثر تحقیقات در ارتباط با کودکان با اختلالات طیف اوتیسم است و با فقدان تحقیقات کاربردی در ارتباط با مشکلات دختران و پسران با اختلالات طیف اوتیسم و خانواده‌های آن‌ها در دوره بلوغ و نوجوانی روبه‌رو هستیم.

survey interventions related to adolescents with autism spectrum disorders in puberty: a review study

adolescents with autism spectrum disorders face many challenges in puberty, and therefore require interventions and training in various fields. the present review study examines interventions in relation to behavioral, communicational, social, physical and sexual problems of adolescents with autism spectrum disorders in ages 12-16 years.in this review article, published 39 articles were reviewed between years (2000-2018), electronic search in two languages: persian and english with keywords (autism spectrum disorder, adolescence, puberty, intervention, treatment, and therapy, communication, sexual, behavioral, social, and physical problems) were conducted on internal databases (sid, magira iranmedex) and abroad (google scholar, pubmed science direct, elsevier).the results showed that there are effective interventions in each of the areas of behavioral, social, communicative, physical and sexual and in various studies has been used from parents, peers, teachers, teenagers and technology to achieve intervention goals.it seems that further research is needed in relation to the problems of adolescents with autism spectrum disorders. especially in the iran, most studies are related to children with autism spectrum disorders, and there is a lack of applied research in relation to the problems of boys and girls with autism spectrum disorders and their families during puberty and adolescence.
