طراحی الگوی تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی مدیران مبتنی بر آموزه‌های نهج‌البلاغه

توجه به موضوع تصمیم گیری اخلاقی با توجه به اهمیت دو موضوع تصمیم گیری و اخلاق در زمینه دانش مدیریت، هر روز رشد بیشتری پیدا می‌کند و امروزه اندیشمندان علم مدیریت به این باور رسیده اند که مدیران در هنگام اخذ تصمیمات، باید مولفه های اخلاقی را نیز مدنظر قرار دهند؛ اما مساله­ای که وجود دارد آن است که چه تصمیمی، اخلاقی محسوب می شود. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است الگویی از تصمیم گیری اخلاقی مدیران، مبتنی بر آموزه های کتاب شریف نهج البلاغه ارائه شود. بدین منظور از استراتژی پژوهشی داده­بنیاد استفاده گردیده است و حاصل امر، استخراج 641 گزاره­، 50 مفهوم و 14 مقوله بوده است. در این راستا ابتدا تک­تک گزاره­های نهج­البلاغه مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته و سپس مفاهیم کلیدی استخراج گردیده است. در گام بعد، مقوله­های تحقیق، متشکل از مفاهیم مستخرج قبلی، مورد شناسایی قرار گرفته و در سه نوع محوری، اصلی و زمینه ساز دسته بندی گردیده اند. برخی از مهم ترین مولفه های شناسایی‌شده عبارت‌اند از: التزام به حق، عدالت، حسن تدبیر، فهم و ادراک صحیح، محوریت منافع و مصالح عامه، صداقت و امانت داری. مقوله های شناسایی‌شده، معیارهای الگوی تصمیم گیری اخلاقی مبتنی بر نهج البلاغه به شمار آمده و الگوی نهایی تحقیق را تشکیل داده است.

Designing of Ethical decision making model of managers based on Nahj-al-balaghe Teachings

Attention to the Ethical decision making with regard to the importance of decision making and ethics in the field of management, is growing every day and nowadays management science intellectuals have believed that managers in decisions making time must also consider ethical criteria. But the issue is that what decision is considered ethical. In this research, efforts have been made that present a model of ethical decision making of managers based on Nahjalbalaghe Teachings will be presented. For this purpose, used from Grounded Theory Method and finally identified 641 Propositions, 50 concepts and 14 categories. In this regard, first all the propositions of Nahjalbalaghe are examined and then the key concepts have been extracted. In next step, the research categories consisting of the concepts confronted earlier, have been identified and classified at three types included core, basic and underlying categories .Some of the most important components are identified: Commitment to the right, Justice, good policy, correct perception, focus on the public interest, truthfulness and trusteeship. These categories formed the final Ethical decision making model based on Nahjalbalaghe teachings.
