تعارض منافع و راهکارهای مدیریت آن با تاکید بر آموزه‌های نهج‌البلاغه

نهج‌البلاغه به‌عنوان منبعی کلیدی پس از قرآن کریم، ابزاری غنی و ارزشمند برای فهم و مدیریت چالش‌های مختلف، به‌ویژه تعارض منافع، محسوب می‌شود. تعارض منافع به‌عنوان یکی از پدیده‌های فردی و اجتماعی مهم در دهه‌های اخیر، باعث بروز فساد و ناعدالتی شده و آسیب‌های جدی به افراد، جوامع و حکومت‌ها وارد می‌کند؛ بنابراین سوال اصلی این است که مصادیق تعارض منافع، از منظر نهج‌البلاغه کدام‌اند و چه راهکارهایی برای مدیریت این تعارض‌ها ارائه‌شده است؟ این نوشتار باهدف شناسایی و تبیین مصادیق تعارض منافع از منظر نهج‌البلاغه، به بررسی راهکارهای مدیریت آن‌ها می‌پردازد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، از روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و استناد به آموزه‌های علوی در نهج‌البلاغه استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نهج‌البلاغه مصادیق متعددی از تعارض منافع را بیان می‌کند، ازجمله سوءاستفاده‌های زمامداران و خواص و اثرات منفی آن بر تصمیم‌سازی‌ها به نفع گروه‌های خاص. علل این وضعیت می‌تواند به آزمایش‌های الهی، دنیاطلبی و فشارهای اقتصادی و اجتماعی مرتبط باشد. علاوه بر این، نهج‌البلاغه به ارائه روش‌های موثری برای مدیریت تعارض منافع پرداخته است؛ مانند تاکید بر کسب صفات عالیه نفسانی نظیر ایمان، تقوا و توجه به انفاق. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که آموزه‌های علوی می‌توانند به‌عنوان منبع الهام‌بخش در ارائه راهکارهای اخلاقی و اجتماعی برای مقابله با این پدیده مورداستفاده قرار گیرند.

nahj al‑balāgha, as a key source after the holy qur’an, provides a rich and valuable framework for understanding andnahj al‑balāgha, as a key source after the holy qur’an, provides a rich and valuable framework for understanding and addressing various challenges, particularly conflicts of interest. in recent decades, conflicts of interest, whether at the individual or societal level, have given rise to corruption and injustice, causing serious harm to individuals, communities, and governments. the central question of this study is: what are the manifestations of conflicts of interest from the perspective of nahj al‑balāgha, and which strategies are proposed for their management? the present study aims to identify and elucidate the instances of conflict of interest in nahj al‑balāgha and to explore the strategies recommended for their management. employing a descriptive‑analytical methodology and drawing on the teachings of imam ali in nahj al‑balāgha, the study reveals multiple illustrative examples. these include abuses of power by rulers and elites and their adverse impacts, especially when decisions are made to benefit groups. the underlying causes of such phenomena may be linked to divine testing, materialism, and economic and social pressures. furthermore, nahj al‑balāgha offers effective approaches for managing conflicts of interest, such as emphasizing the cultivation of elevated spiritual qualities- faith, piety, and generosity. the findings indicate that the ethical and social teachings imbued in imam ali’s guidance can serve as an inspirational source for developing moral and social strategies to counteract these challenges.
