استخراج نشانگرها و مصادیق مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی در نامة سی‌ویک نهج‌البلاغه

انسان موجودی اجتماعی که در اجتماع زندگی می کند و باید رفتار مسئولانه که از شاخص های انسان کامل می‌­باشد، در او تقویت گردد، این مهم در جوامع اسلامی از طریق شناسایی مصادیق مسئولیت‌­پذیری اجتماعی از منابع دینی و گنجاندن آن در برنامه های مختلف تربیتی صورت می گیرد. بر این اساس، هدف این پژوهش شناسایی نشانگرها و مصادیق مسئولیت‌­پذیری اجتماعی از منظر آموزه های ارزشمند و غنی نامة 31 نهج‌­البلاغه بود. رویکرد پژوهش ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی) و روش پژوهش مطالعه موردی کیفی بود. برای تحلیل یافته‌­ها از تحلیل مقوله‌ای استفاده شد. برای تعیین اعتبار یافته‌­ها از شاخص های اعتبار، اطمینان، تایید­پذیری و انتقال‌­پذیری استفاده شد. بر­اساس تحلیل یافته ها 5 مقوله‌محوری شامل خدمت به هم نوع و توسعه اجتماعی، کسب تجربه اجتماعی، توجه به شرایط و موقعیت و زمینه اجتماعی، حل مسائل افراد آسیب‌­پذیر و تلاش برای پیشرفت و آینده جامعه به‌عنوان نشانگرهای مسئولیت­پذیری اجتماعی استخراج شدند و تعداد 25 مصداق برای نشانگرها شناسایی شد و میزان تناسب مصادیق با نشانگرها از منظر صاحب­نظران 0.92 صدم بود.

extracting indicators and examples of social responsibility in the thirty-first letter of nahj al-balagha

man is a social being who lives in society and responsible behavior, as one of the indicators of a perfect human being should be strengthened in him/her. in islamic societies, this can be dlne through identifying examples of social responsibility from religious sources and including them in various educational programs. based on this, the aim of this research was to identify the indicators and examples of social responsibility from the perspective of the valuable and rich teachings of the 31st letter of nahj al-balagha. the research approach was mixed (qualitative and quantitative) and the research method was a qualitative case study. categorical analysis was used to analyze the findings. to determine the validity of the findings, validity, reliability, verifiability and transferability indicators were used. based on the findings, 5 key categories including serving the humankind and social development, gaining social experience, paying attention to the conditions and situation and social context, solving the problems of vulnerable people and striving for the progress and future of the society were extracted as indicators of responsibility. 25 examples were identified for the indicators and the degree of compatibility of the examples with the indicators from the experts’ point of view was .92 percent.
