مولفه‌های روشی مدیریت نظامی در نهج‌البلاغه

نیروهای مسلح هر کشور در حفظ امنیت و خنثی نمودن تهدیدات بالفعل و بالقوه دشمنان، نقشی حیاتی برعهده داشته و فرماند‌هان نظامی در هدایت و اثربخشی این نیروها، از جایگاهی ویژه برخوردارند که برای پیشبرد اهداف نظامی، متناسب با باورها و ارزش‌‌های ملی مکتبی خود، مولفه‌های روشی خاصی به کارمی‌گیرند و مسالۀ اصلی پژوهش حاضر، استخراج و ارائۀ این مولفه‌ها از نهج‌البلاغه بوده است. بنابراین، هدف اساسی پژوهش، کشف مولفه‌های روشی مدیریت نظامی نهج‌البلاغه به‌منظور تسرّی معارف علوی در متون آموزشی نظامی و نهادینه‌کردن این آموزه‌ها در روح و جان آحاد نیروهای مسلح کشور و عملیاتی‌کردن آن‌ها می‌باشد. روش انجام کار از نوع تحلیل مضمون بوده به‌گونه‌ای که ابتدا با مطالعه‌ی متن نهج‌البلاغه، اطلاعات مرتبط با مدیریت نظامی، فیش‌برداری و سپس به صورت مفهومی کدگذاری شده اند. به این ترتیب، 112 کد مفهومی کشف و با ترکیب مفاهیم هم مضمون، 17 مولفۀ؛ امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، مشورت با افراد متخصص، برنامه ریزی، سازماندهی هدفمند، ایجادوافزایش انگیزه، چاره‌اندیشی، ارزیابی، مدارا همراه با قاطعیت، دلسوزی و مهربانی، حق‌مداری و قانون‌گرایی، ترغیب به‌کار، پرهیز از جنگ‌افروزی، تشویق و تنبیه به‌موقع، رسیدگی به مشکلات اقتصادی زیردستان، عذرپذیری، جاذبه ودافعه، رفتار نیک با فرمانبران تشکیل و در نهایت، با محاسبه‌ی کمّیِ مولفه‌ها با نرم‌افزار spss، از جهت فراوانی مفاهیم، درصد فراوانی نسبی و درصد فراوانی تجمعیِ کدهای مفهومی تشکیل دهندۀ آن‌ها، این نتایج حاصل گردید: مولفة امر به معروف و نهی از منکر با فراوانی 12/5 درصد، بیشترین فراوانی و مولفه‌های مدارا همراه با قاطعیت، ارزیابی و ارزشیابی و چاره اندیشی در حوادث، با فراوانی 2/7 درصد، کمترین فراوانی را دارابوده اند.

Methodological Components Of Military Management In Nahj Al-Balaghah

The armed forces of each country have a vital role to play in maintaining security and thwarting the actual and potential threats of enemies and military commanders have a special place in the leadership and effectiveness of these forces which use special mental components to advance military goals,in accordance with their national and scholastic beliefs and values, use special methodological components and the main problem of the present study has been the extraction and presentation of these components from Nahj albalaghah. Therefore, the basic aim of the research is to discover the methodological components of the military management of Nahj in order to spread alavi knowledge in military training texts and to institutionalize these teachings in the souls of the armed forces of the country and make them operational.The components of&commanding the good and forbidding the evil&with a frequency of 12.5%  had the highest frequency and the components of&tolerance with determination&,&evaluation&and&solution thinking&with a frequency of 2.7% had the lowest frequency.The method of work is text content analysis in such a way that first by studying the text of Nahj alBalaghah, information related to military management,receipt and then conceptually coded.Thus,112conceptual codes were discovered and by combining themed concepts,a network of17components was formed and finally,by quantitatively calculating the components in terms of frequency of concepts,relative frequency percentage and cumulative frequency percentage of their constituent concept codes with spss software, the following results were obtained:The components of &commanding the good and forbidding the evil&with a frequency of 12.5%  had the highest frequency and the components of &tolerance with determination&, &evaluation& and &solution thinking& with a frequency of 2.7% had the lowest frequency.
