تبیین مشروعیت حکومت علوی در پرتو نهج البلاغه

منشا مشروعیت حکومت ها از اساسی‌ترین مباحث در حوزة مطالعات سیاسی است که به جهت تاثیرگذاری آن در کارآمدی، بقا و تثبیت حکومت ها، از مباحث ضروری و مورد اهتمام تلقی می شود. مقاله حاضر با نگاه کلامی و با روش توصیفی –  تحلیلی مبانی مشروعیت حکومت علوی را از دیدگاه ایشان در نهج‌البلاغه مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار داده است. نگارنده در این پژوهش ابتدا موارد استشهاد حضرت(ع) بر مشروعیت حکومت خود را احصا کرده و سپس به تبیین چگونگی مشروعیت و حقانیت حکومت امام علی(ع) با تاکید بر سخنان امام (ع) در نهج البلاغه پرداخته است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که امام علی(ع) در موارد فراوانی در این کتاب شریف به بحث پیرامون حقانیت خود به مقام ولایت و خلافت پرداخته و با صراحت تمام الهی بودن حاکمیت خویش را به پشتوانة دلایل متعدد به اثبات رسانده است. در دیدگاه حضرت(ع) منصب ولایت و سرپرستی جامعه، مقام و منصبی الهی است و منشا مشروعیت حکومت مستند به اراده خداوند است. بر این اساس تحقیق مشروعیت حکومت از دیدگاه ایشان بر پایة ملاک‌هایی نظیر نصب از سوی خداوند، نص پیامبر، عصمت و اعلمیت استوار است. در کنار این ملاک های اصلی و بنیادین، حضرت مطابق ملاک‌هایی که خلفا براساس آن حق حاکمیت را برای خود محقق می‌دانستند نیز به احتجاج برخاسته و در مقام اقناع به مقبولات مخالفین خود استناد کرده و از این رهگذر نیز حق ولایت و مشروعیت حاکمیت خود را به اثبات رسانیده است.

Explain the legitimacy of Imam Ali government in Nahj al-Balaghah

The origin of the legitimacy of governments is one of the most fundamental issues in political philosophy, which is considered binding and influential because of its impact on efficiency and preservation of governments. The present article, with a religious point of view, descriptive and analytical view, explains the foundations of the legitimacy of the Imam Ali’s government from his perspective in Nahj alBalagha. In this research, the author first obtained the cases of Imam’s evidence on the legitimacy of his government and then explains how the legitimacy of Imam Ali’s government was emphasized by the Imam’s words in Nahj alBalagha. The findings of the research indicate that Imam Ali in many cases in this noble book discusses his legitimacy to the position of guardian and caliphate and he has clearly demonstrated his sovereignty for divine reasons. In his view, the position of community Sovereignty is a divine authority and the source of the legitimacy of government is based on the will of God. Accordingly, the investigation of the legitimacy of the government is based on criteria such as the installation of God, the Prophet’s command, infallibility and the supremacy of knowledge. In addition to these basic criteria, according to the criteria that the caliphs believed in their sovereignty, the imam also argued against them According to the same criteria of caliphs and thus proved his sovereignty.
