چکیده
|
همگام با اهمیت یافتن روزافزون موضوع اخلاقیات در جهان امروز و با توجه به وجود مفاهیم عمیق در آثار ائمه(ع)، بررسی مصادیق هوش اخلاقی در نهج البلاغه، به‌عنوان یک مفهوم نوظهور در حوزۀ اخلاقیات، مدنظر پژوهشگران قرار گرفت و از طریق مطالعه عمیق و سطر به سطر کتاب گرانقدر نهج البلاغه و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، کلیۀ خطبه ها، نامه ها و حکمت های آن حضرت بررسی و مصادیق هوش اخلاقی در نهج‌البلاغه استخراج گردید. در بررسی اولیۀ متن، قریب به 120 کد شناسایی شد که پس از پالایش مجدد، کدهایی که همپوشانی مفهومی داشتند در قالب مفاهیم مشترک سازماندهی گردیدند و در نهایت، طبقاتی از مفاهیم شکل گرفت که حاصل آن در قالب 13 مولفه، در این نوشتار عرضه شده است. در حال حاضر و بر مبنای نقطه‌نظرات پژوهشگران مختلفی که در این عرصه به تحقیق پرداخته اند، مولفه هایی ازجمله رفتار مستمر در جهت ارزش های اخلاقی، خود کنترلی، ایستادگی برای حق اهمیت قائل شدن برای دیگران، وفای به عهد، صداقت، انصاف، پذیرش مسئولیت تصمیمات خود، توانایی بخشش خود، توانایی بخشش دیگران، مهربانی و نوع دوستی شناسایی شده اند. در نتیجۀ پژوهش حاضر، با محور قرار دادن ماهیت هوش اخلاقی، امکان تقویت مفهوم هوش اخلاقی با معرفی سه مولفۀ جدید به مجموعۀ عناصر موجود در ادبیات هوش اخلاقی فراهم گردید که عبارتند از: داشتن معنا در زندگی، آخرت‌اندیشی و باور به نظارت مستمر الهی.

Abstract
|
Along with the growing importance of the issue of morality in today’s world and the deep implications of the recommendations of the Imams, the study of the ethical intelligence examples in Nahj alBalaghah was considered by the researchers as an emerging concept in the field of ethics, and through careful study of Nahj alBalaghah and using the method of analysis of the analysis, all sermons, letters and quotes of Imam Ali (AS) were analyzed and examples of moral intelligence in Nahj alBalaghah were extracted. In the initial review of the text, about 120 codes were identified that, after refinement, codes with conceptual overlap were organized in the form of common concepts and, finally, a class of concepts was formed that resulted in the 13 components presented in this paper. In the current literature of ethical intelligence, components such as continuous behavior towards moral values, selfcontrol, standup for rights, importance for others, faithfulness, honesty, fairness, acceptance of responsibility for decisions, selfforgiveness, ability to forgive others , Kindness and altruism. As a result of this study, by focusing on the nature of ethical intelligence, it was possible to strengthen the concept of ethical intelligence by introducing three new components into a set of elements in the intellectual intelligence literature, namely: Having meaning in life, paying attention to the world of the hereafter and believing in continuous divine supervision.
