نقد تاریخی اختلاس عبدالله‌بن‌عباس (با تاکید بر نهج‌البلاغه)

یکی از معیارهای امام علی(ع) در گزینش کارگزاران حکومتی امانتداری و پرهیزگاری آنان بود. با این حال، برخی از نامه‌های نهج‌البلاغه در توبیخ و استیضاح عملکرد مسئولان خاطی نگاشته شده است؛ از جمله مکاتبۀ امام با عبدالله ابن‌عباس که در دوره استانداری بصره، به تملک بخشی از بیت‌المال متهم گردیده است. اکنون این پرسش مطرح می‌شود که آیا ابن‌عباس به‌عنوان یک فرهیخته علمی و نخبه سیاسی، مرتکب چنین تخلفی شده است؟ بررسی آراء محققان نتیجه می‌دهد، عده‌ای مانند شوشتری این اتهام را نپذیرفته‌اند، برخی چون ابن‌ابی‌الحدید از اظهارنظر قطعی در این باره خودداری کرده‌ و گروهی مثل ابن‌جوزی آن را تایید نموده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد با روش استنادی – تحلیلی، ادلۀ موافقان و مخالفان این اختلاس را مورد بررسی و نقد قرار دهد. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که براساس دلایلی چون گزارش های تاریخی، اعتراف ابن‌عباس و نامه‌های نهج‌البلاغه، انتقال اموال دولتی بصره اتفاق افتاده است.

According to historical reports such as Tabari, the words of the agents of the Imam’s government, such as, Ibn Abbas’s confession regarding the transfer and justification of it, the confessions of the defenders of Ibn Abbas, such as the Abbasid Muhammad, the Islamic narrations, including the Nahj alBalaghah letters and The weakness of the arguments of the deniers is to investigate the embezzlement of this issue. The research findings indicate that the transfer of Basra property has taken place.
