طراحی یک سیستم سری-موازی بر اساس مسئله بهینه‌سازی قابلیت اطمینان و هزینه

قابلیت اطمینان یکی از مباحث مهم در فرایند طراحی مهندسی است. وقتی سیستمی را مورد استفاده قرار می‌دهیم اغلب مایل به تعیین قابلیت اطمینان آن هستیم. واضح است که سیستم‌های با قابلیت اطمینان بالاتر از ارزش بیشتری برخوردار هستند. همچنین قابلیت اطمینان هر سیستم‌ به ساختار و قابلیت اطمینان اجزای آن بستگی دارد. بنا بر این برای افزایش قابلیت اطمینان سیستم می‌توان قابلیت اطمینان اجزای آن را بهبود بخشید. علاوه بر این، برای افزایش قابلیت اطمینان اجزای یک سیستم لازم است تا هزینه‌های آن نیز در نظر گرفته شود. این پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن یک سیستم سری-موازی به تعیین میزان افزایش مورد نیاز برای قابلیت اطمینان اجزای سیستم می‌پردازد به گونه‌ای که قابلیت اطمینان سیستم حد اکثر شود و هزینه حاصل از این افزایش از مقدار از پیش تعیین شده‌ای بیشتر نشود. یک مثال عددی برای بررسی نتایج ارائه شده است. در انتها جمع‌بندی از نتایج بیان شده است.

Design of a series-parallel system based on the problem of optimization of reliability and cost

Reliability is one of the most important issues in the engineering design process. When we use a system, we often want to determine the reliability of this system. Clearly, higher reliability systems are more valuable. On the other hand, the reliability of each system depends on the structure and reliability of its components. Therefore, to increase the reliability of the system, the reliability of its components can be improved. In addition, to increase the reliability of the components of a system, it is necessary to consider its costs. This study, by considering a series-parallel system, determines the amount of increase required for the reliability of system components so that the reliability of the whole system is maximized and the cost of this increase does not exceed a predetermined value. The following is a numerical example for reviewing the results. Finally, a summary of the results of the article is given.
