موانع و چالش های پیاده سازی هوش مصنوعی در نظام آموزش عالی

هدف:هوش مصنوعی (ai) به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین شاخه‌های فناوری اطلاعات، تحولی بنیادین در حوزه آموزش الکترونیکی ایجاد کرده است. استفاده از این فناوری در آموزش عالی با چالش‌هایی مواجه است. بنابراین این پژوهش به بررسی موانع و چالش‌های پیاده‌سازی هوش مصنوعی در نظام آموزش عالی می‌پردازد.روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و زمینه‌بنیاد انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه با 14 متخصص فناوری آموزشی گردآوری و تحلیل داده‌ها با کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی صورت گرفت.یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها به شناسایی 6 مقوله اصلی و 16 مقوله فرعی منجر شد. چالش‌های اصلی شامل کمبود تجهیزات پیشرفته، فیلترینگ و سرعت پایین اینترنت، موانع فرهنگی همچون مقاومت در برابر تغییرات، نبود قوانین مشخص و ضعف نظارت در ابعاد تقنینی، کمبود نیروی متخصص و نگرانی از تاثیر هوش مصنوعی بر مشاغل سنتی بود. علاوه بر این، عوامل ملی، بین‌المللی، خانوادگی و آموزشی نیز تاثیرگذار بودند. راهکارهای غلبه بر این موانع شامل تقویت زیرساخت‌ها و ارائه برنامه‌های آموزشی برای دانشجویان می‌باشد. پیامدهای این چالش‌ها می‌تواند به گسترش شکاف دیجیتال، محدودیت در رشد اقتصادی و ضعف در نوآوری منجر شود.نتیجه‌گیری و پیشنهاد‌ها: برای تسهیل پیاده‌سازی هوش مصنوعی در آموزش عالی، پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی شامل ارتقای زیرساخت‌ها، توسعه دوره‌های تخصصی، تغییر نگرش‌ها از طریق برنامه‌های ترویجی، تدوین قوانین حمایتی و گسترش همکاری‌های ملی و بین‌المللی باشد.نوآوری و اصالت: این پژوهش با تحلیل موانع فرهنگی، زیرساختی و تقنینی پیاده‌سازی هوش مصنوعی در آموزش عالی، راهکارهایی عملی برای تسهیل پذیرش این فناوری از طریق برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی ارائه می‌دهد.

the barriers and challenges of implementing artificial intelligence in higher education systems

aim: artificial intelligence (ai), as one of the most significant branches of information technology, has brought about a fundamental transformation in e-learning. however, the use of this technology in higher education faces several challenges. therefore, this research explores the barriers and challenges to the implementation of ai in the higher education system.methodology: this study was conducted using a qualitative, grounded theory approach. data were collected through interviews with 14 educational technology experts, and data analysis was carried out using open, axial, and selective coding. results: the data analysis led to the identification of six main categories and sixteen subcategories. the key challenges included a lack of advanced equipment, internet filtering, and slow speeds; cultural barriers such as resistance to change, a lack of clear regulations, and weak oversight in legal aspects; a shortage of specialised personnel; and concerns about ai’s impact on traditional jobs. additionally, national, international, familial, and educational factors also influenced the process. solutions for overcoming these barriers include strengthening infrastructure and offering educational programs for students. the consequences of these challenges may include the widening of the digital divide, limitations on economic growth, and weakened innovation.conclusions and suggestions: to facilitate the implementation of ai in higher education, it is recommended that educational planning include the enhancement of infrastructure, development of specialised courses, attitude changes through awareness programs, the formulation of supportive regulations, and the expansion of national and international collaborations. innovation and originality: this research, by analysing the cultural, infrastructural, and regulatory barriers to ai implementation in higher education, offers practical solutions to facilitate the adoption of this technology through educational planning.
