چارچوبی برای فهم مسئله‌مندی اجتماع علمی اعضای هیئت‌علمی در آموزش عالی ایران

هدف: هدف از این تحقیق، ارائه مدلی برای فهم مساله‌مندی اجتماع علمی اعضای هیات علمی در آموزش عالی ایران بود.روش شناسی: در این پژوهش با کاربست روش فراترکیب کیفی، تعداد 25 مقاله علمی پژوهشی منتخب در زمینه اجتماع علمی اعضای هیات علمی با روش نظریه پردازی داده‌بنیاد طرح نظام‌مند اشتراوس و کوربین تحلیل و صورت بندی گردید.یافته ها: مدل تحقیق نشان می دهد که اعضای هیات علمی تحت تاثیر چه شرایطی، مجالی برای تکوین و توسعه اجتماع علمی می یابند و یا نمی یابند. بنابراین مقوله «مجال ‌یابی شکل‌گیری اجتماع علمی» به ‌عنوان مقوله اصلی و کانونی مدل تلقی گردید. ضمن اینکه این مدل از طریق موجبات علی توضیح می دهد که چه علت هایی در فرآیند شکل‌ گیری و توسعه اجتماع علمی در دانشگاه تاثیر دارند و اجتماع علمی در کدام زمینه و با چه ویژگی هایی مجال شکل ‌گیری می یابد و یا نمی یابد و چه مداخلات و راهبردهایی می تواند بر این فرآیند اثر بگذارد و چگونه این فرآیند به پیامدهایی که ناشی از بود و نبود اجتماع علمی است، منجر می شود.نتیجه‌ گیری و پیشنهادات: اجتماع علمی اعضای هیات علمی در آموزش عالی ایران در خلا شکل نمی‌گیرد و دائماً تحت ‌تاثیر علت‌های برآمده از زمینه و متغیرهای مداخله‌ای، شکلی متفاوت به خود می‌گیرد و پیامدهای متفاوتی ایجاد می‌کند؛ بنابراین شناخت و درک این وضعیت توسط سیاست گذاران و اتخاذ تدابیر مناسب در نظام برنامه‌ ریزی آموزش عالی، لازمه تکوین و توسعه اجتماع علمی در آموزش عالی ایران خواهد بود.  نوآوری و اصالت: نوآوری و اصالت این تحقیق در رویکرد جامع‌ انگارانه و فرآیندمحور آن با تکیه بر تحلیل سیستماتیک دانش تثبیت شده موجود در موضوع تحقیق است که تصویر روشنی از وضع موجود و گذر به وضع مطلوب را پیش روی عوامل علمی و مدیریتی برای تکوین و توسعه اجتماع اعضای هیات علمی در دانشگاه ‌های ایران قرار می دهد.

a framework for understanding the problem of the scientific community of faculty members in iran’s higher education

aim: this study aimed to present a model for understanding the problematization of the scientific community among faculty members in iran’s higher education system.methodology: this research employed a qualitative meta-synthesis approach, analyzing and synthesizing 25 selected research articles on the scientific community of faculty members using strauss and corbin’s systematic grounded theory method.results: the research model illustrates the conditions under which faculty members find, or fail to find, opportunities to form and develop a scientific community. consequently, the concept of opportunity for the formation of a scientific community was identified as the core category of the model. this model also explains the causal factors that influence the process of forming and developing a scientific community in universities, identifying the context and characteristics under which such a community can or cannot be formed, the interventions and strategies that can impact this process, and how these factors lead to outcomes influenced by the presence or absence of a scientific community.conclusions and suggestions: the scientific community of faculty members in iran’s higher education does not form in a vacuum; it is continuously shaped by causes arising from the context and intervening variables, leading to different outcomes. therefore, policymakers must understand this situation and adopt appropriate measures in higher education planning to form and develop a scientific community in iran’s higher education system.innovation and originality: the innovation and originality of this research lie in its comprehensive, process-oriented approach, relying on a systematic analysis of established knowledge of the subject, providing a clear depiction of the current state and the transition towards the desired state, thus offering guidance for academic and managerial stakeholders in the formation and development of the faculty members’ community in iranian universities.
