شناسایی، اولویت بندی و تعیین روابط مولفه های چابکی زنجیرۀ تامین با رویکرد دیمتل فازی در صنعت نفت و گاز استان خوزستان

در بازارهای به شدت رقابتی امروزی، حذف یا نادیده گرفتن منابع ایجاد تلاطم و نوسان غیرممکن است. بنابراین، مدیران زنجیرۀ تامین  باید عدم قطعیت راپذیرفته و به دنبال رویکردی، برای انطباق باچنین شرایطی باشند. براین اساس، هدف این تحقیق طراحی مدل چابکی زنجیرۀ تامین  با رویکرد dematel فازی در صنعت نفت و گاز استان خوزستان است. این تحقیق ازنوع کمی بارویکرد dematel فازی است. جامعۀ آماری این تحقیق را خبرگان صنعت نفت و گاز استان خوزستان تشکیل داده است. براین اساس با 10 نفر از خبرگان صنعت نفت و گاز استان خوزستان مصاحبه شد. عوامل چابکی زنجیرۀ تامین  درصنعت نفت و گاز شامل انعطاف پذیری، قیمت رقابتی، قابلیت اطمینان، پاسخگویی، روابط با مشتری، کیفیت، سرعت، دردسترس بودن، نوآوری و بروز بودن و شایستگی درنظر گرفته شد. داده های مورد نیاز با استفاده از ابزار پرسش‌نامه مقایسۀ زوجی گردآوری گردید. به منظور تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها ازرویکرد dematel فازی و تحلیل حساسیت با نرم افزار اکسل استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد عوامل انعطاف پذیری، قیمت رقابتی، کیفیت، در دسترس بودن و نوآوری و بروز بودن در گروه متغیرهای علت و عوامل قابلیت اطمینان، پاسخگویی، روابط با مشتری، سرعت وشایستگی در گروه متغیرهای معلول قرار دارند. یافته های تحلیل حساسیت نیزنشان داد با 10 درصد تغییر در متغیر مستقل انعطاف پذیری، یا پاسخگویی، یا شایستگی 1/1درصد میزان چابکی زنجیرۀ تامین  افزایش می یابد. همچنین با 10درصد تغییر درمتغیر مستقل روابط با مشتری، یا سرعت، یا دردسترس بودن میزان چابکی زنجیرۀ تامین  1 درصد افزایش می یابد.

identifying, prioritizing and determining the relationships of supply chain agility components with fuzzy dematel approach in oil and gas industry in khuzestan province

in today’s highly competitive markets, it is impossible to eliminate or ignore the resources of turbulence. hence, supply chain managers must accept uncertainty and look for an approach to adapt to such conditions. therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a supply chain agility model with fuzzy dematel approach in the oil and gas industry in khuzestan province. this research was quantitative research with fuzzy dematel approach. the statistical population of the present research consisted of experts in the oil and gas industries in khuzestan province. based on this,10 experts were interviewed from the oil and gas industries in khuzestan province. supply chain agility factors in the oil and gas industries included flexibility, competitive price, reliability, responsiveness, customer relations, quality, speed, availability, innovation, and up-to-date and competence. the required data was collected using a pairwise comparison questionnaire. in order to analyze the data, the fuzzy dematel approach and sensitivity analysis with excel software were used. findings showed that the factors of flexibility, competitive price, quality, availability and innovation and up-to-date were in the group of causal variables and the factors of reliability, responsiveness, customer relations, speed and competence were in the group of effect variables. the findings of sensitivity analysis also revealed that for every 10% change in the independent variables of flexibility, or responsiveness, or competency, the supply chain agility increased by 1.1%. in addition, the findings demonstrated that for every 10% change in the independent variables of customer relationship, speed, or availability, the supply chain agility increased by 1%.
