تدوین الگوی ارتباط اثربخش دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای با بخش خدمات صنعت ورزش

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگوی ارتباط اثربخش دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ ای با صنعت ورزش به‌صورت موردی فدراسیون ورزش‌ های همگانی بود؛ پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ نحوۀ گردآوری داده ‌ها کیفی از نوع نظریۀ داده بنیاد بود که به‌صورت کدگذاری در دو مرحله به اجرا درآمد. پس از مطالعۀ ادبیات نظری، کمیته‌ ها و انجمن ‌های فدراسیون ورزش ‌های همگانی، با انجام مصاحبه با 16 متخصص و صاحب نظر در حوزۀ صنعت ورزش، فدراسیون ورزش‌ های همگانی و دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ‌ای مفاهیم اولیه کشف و پس از دو دور تکنیک دلفی به اشباع نظری رسید. یافته‌ های پژوهش حاضر در 41 مفهوم و 5 محور اصلی عوامل علی، زمینه ‌ای، راهبردها، پیامدها و مداخله ‌گرها مطرح گردید. با توجه به ماهیت دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ ای مبنی بر پرورش نیروی ماهر به منظور رفع نیازهای جامعه و به‌طور خاص صنایع مختلف، فدراسیون ورزش ‌های همگانی به‌واسطۀ گسترۀ فعالیت خود می ‌تواند با ارائه اتاق فکر مشترک بسیاری از نیازهای خود را از تولیدات داخلی این دانشگاه مرتفع نماید.

designing the qualitative model of relationship between technical and vocational university and the sports industry (case study: sport for all federation)

the purpose of this study was to design an effective model of the relationship between the technical and vocational university and the sports industry on a case by case basis with the sport for all federation. the present study was qualitative in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection method. after studying the theoretical literature, the committees and associations of the general sports federation, the basic concepts were discovered by conducting interviews with 16 experts in the sports industry and the general sports federation and technical and vocational university. following two rounds of the delphi technique, theoretical saturation was reached. the findings of the present research were presented in 41 indicators and five main axes of causal factors, contextual factors, strategies, consequences and interventionists. these findings showed that paying attention to the development strategies of the technical and vocational university’s relationship with the service sector of the general sports industry can solve many problems and problems related to the connection between science and implementation in the federation of public sports and the technical and vocational university.
