آینده‌پژوهی تصمیم‌گیری‌های استراتژیک معاونت تربیت‌بدنی و سلامت آموزش ‌و پرورش

هدف پژوهش حاضر، آینده ‌پژوهی تصمیم ‌گیری‌ های استراتژیک معاونت تربیت‌بدنی و سلامت آموزش ‌و پرورش است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت تحلیلی اکتشافی است. برای استخراج متغیرها، از 15 خبره و برای تحلیل متقاطع، از 12 خبره استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ ها، از روش ‌های ترکیبی پنل خبرگان، اثرات متقاطع میک‌ مک استفاده شد. یافته‌ ها نشان داد که 10 عامل خط مشی‌های سازمان، روشن بودن مسئله برای تصمیم‌گیرنده، سیستم‌های پیشتبای رسمی، سیاست‌های سازمان، شناسایی تهدیدها و فرصت‌های محیطی سازمان، افزایش تحقیق و توسعه در سازمان، آموزش و توسعۀ حرفه ‌ای منابع انسان، مهارت‌های سیاسی و ارتباطی مدیران، تقویت و توسعۀ زیرساخت‌های نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری سازمان و تقویت یادگیری و نوآوری کارکنان سازمان دارای تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری زیاد هستند. به مدیران معاونت تربیت‌بدنی آموزش ‌و پرورش کشور پیشنهاد می‌ شود، با دید بلند مدت و در نظر داشتن متغیر های اثر گذار در آینده تصمیمات راهبردی را اتخاد کرده و از کوتاه نگری پرهیز کنند.

futurology of strategic decisions of the deputy of physical education and health

the aim of the present study was to research the strategic decisions of the deputy of physical education and health. the type of research was applied and analytical exploratory in nature. the statistical sample included 15 experts to extract the variables and 12 experts for cross analysis. to analyze the data, the combined panel methods of mikomek cross effects were used. the findings showed that the 10 factors of organizational policies, clarity of the issue for decision makers, formal support systems, organizational policies, identification of threats and environmental opportunities of the organization, increasing research and development in the organization, training and professional development of human resources, political and communication skills of managers, strengthening and developing the software and hardware infrastructure of the organization and strengthening the learning and innovation of the employees of the organization had great impact and effectiveness. the directors of the deputy minister of physical education are advised to make strategic decisions with a long term vision and taking into consideration effective variables in the future, and to avoid short sightedness.
