تحلیل روند و پیشران های موثر بر مشاغل نوظهور تا سال 2030

در دنیای امروز و آینده شغل به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین دغدغه های جوامع بشری است. سرعت تغییر در مشاغل همگام با روند جهانی و پیدایش فناوری‌های جدید بسیار زیاد شده است؛ یکی از مهم‌ترین نهادهای اصلی درعصر حاضر دانشگاه است که باید با توجه به تغییرات جهانی موضوع تجاری‌سازی علم؛ انطباق آموزش‌های دانشگاهی و نیاز بازار کار و همچنین تناسب بین توانمندی‌های فردی و تخصصی دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاه‌ها با نیازهای کشور و اشتغال را مورد توجه جدی قرار دهد؛ در این پژوهش با استفاده از منابع جدید نسبت به احصا و بررسی کلان‌روندها و پیشران‌های موثر بر مشاغل نو ظهور در پنج گروه اصلی پیشرفت‌های تکنولوژیکی:  تغییرات جمعیت‌شناختی: تغییر در قدرت اقتصادی جهانی: شهرنشینی سریع: کمبود منابع و تغییرات اقلیمی بررسی شده است و پس از آن موثرترین روندها و پیشران‌های موثر بر مشاغل نوظهور تا ده سال آینده با رویکرد مهارت‌آموزی ازمنظر نخبگان و کارشناسان حوزه آموزش عالی نظرسنجی شده است و نتایج آن در قالب طیفی بین 0تا 3 مشخص و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار میک مک، داده‌ها تحلیل شده است و نتیجه حاصل از روش مذکور بیانگر اهمیت توجه به دو پیشران اقتصاد و تکنولوژی به‌عنوان متغیرهای تقویت‌کننده می‌باشد و پیشران‌های کمبود منابع و تغییرات اقلیمی و همچنین تغییرات جمعیتی از جمله متغیرهای نافذ می‌باشند و شهرنشینی سریع متغیر وابسته یا حساس می‌باشد و ضروری است نظام آموزش عالی نسبت به بازنگری وتوجه به رشته‌های جدید و میان‌رشته‌ای مانند هوش مصنوعی، مهندسی مکانیک و رباتیک، هوانوردی، رسانه و سرگرمی و غیره و حذف رشته‌هایی که در آینده مشاغل آنها مانند خلبانان، مترجمان، روزنامه‌نگاران، تعمیر و نصب ‌کنندگان وسایل الکترونیکی، کارمندان بانک حذف می‌شود بازنگری و اقدام جدی و موثر داشته باشد.

analysis of trends and drivers affecting emerging jobs until 2030

currently and in the future, is one of the most important concerns of human societies. the speed of change in jobs has increased in line with the global trend and the emergence of new technologies. one of the most important institutions in the current era is the university, which should be considered according to global changes in the issue of commercialization of science. the adaptation of university education and the needs of the labor market, as well as the fit between the individual and specialized abilities of university graduates with the needs of the country and employment, should be given serious attention. in the present research, using new sources for statistics and macro analysis of trends and drivers affecting new emerging jobs, five main factors of technological advances, demographic changes, change in global economic power, rapid urbanization, scarcity of resources and climate change were examined, and then the most effective trends and drivers affecting emerging jobs for the next ten years with an educational skills approach were surveyed from the point of view of elites and experts in the field of higher education. the results were determined in the form of a spectrum between 0 and 3, and the data was analyzed by using mic mac software. the findings demonstrated the importance of focusing attention on the two drivers of economy and technology as the reinforcement variables, the drivers of lack of resources and climate changes and demographic changes as effective variables and rapid urbanization as a dependent or sensitive variable. the higher education system is concerned with reviewing and focusing attention to new and interdisciplinary fields such as artificial intelligence, mechanical engineering and robotics, civil aviation, media and entertainment, and eliminating disciplines that will be omitted in emerging jobs such as pilots, translators, journalists, repair and installation of electronic devices, bank employees.
