ارائه مدل آموزش مجازی مبتنی بر فناوری در راستای پیش‌برد برنامه های آموزشی مدارس ابتدایی

پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارائه مدل آموزش مجازی مبتنی بر فناوری در راستای پیشبرد برنامه های آموزشی مدارس ابتدایی با رویکرد ترکیبی اجرا گردید. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی، روش تحقیق، آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی متوالی و شیوۀ گردآوری پیمایشی بود. جامعة آماری در بخش کیفی را خبرگان آشنا به آموزش مجازی، شامل می‌شوند که این افراد، به‌صورت هدفمند از نوع معیاری (افرادی که حداقل یک مقاله در حوزۀ فناوری و آموزش مجازی در نشریات معتبر داخلی و خارجی به چاپ رسانده باشند و یا کتبی در این زمینه ترجمه و تالیف داشته اند)، برای مصاحبه‌های کیفی در موضوع پژوهش انتخاب گردیدند (16 مصاحبه با 16 نفر و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت) و در بخش دوم (کمی) بعد از گردآوری اطلاعات حاصل از پژوهش کیفی، اقدام به ساخت پرسش‌نامه نموده و این پرسش‌نامه در بین مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهر تهران به‌صورت طبقه ای تصادفی در هر دو گروه مدارس دولتی و غیرانتفاعی دخترانه و پسرانه توزیع گردید. تعداد اعضای جامعۀ آماری 2500 نفر می باشد که در دو طبقه مدارس دولتی و غیرانتفاعی و در هر طبقه به‌صورت تصادفی توزیع گردید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسش‌نامه مستخرج از بخش کیفی بود (40 گویه و 10 مولفه)؛ بنابراین به‌صورت کلی مشخص گردید که مقوله های مدل آموزش مجازی مبتنی بر فناوری در راستای پیشبرد برنامه‌های آموزشی مدارس ابتدایی، به ترتیب اهمیت شامل ساختار کلان، مالی، فرهنگ‌سازمانی، برنامۀ درسی، ماهیت آموزش مجازی، نیروی انسانی، نگرش و آمادگی، امکانات، مدیریتی و آموزش می باشد.

providing a technology-based e-learning model to advance elementary school curricula

the present study was conducted to provide a technology-based virtual education model in order to advance primary school curricula with a combined approach. the current study was practical in terms of purpose, and the research methods used were a combination of sequential and exploratory. data collection method used was a survey. the statistical population in the qualitative section included experts familiar with e-learning who are purposefully of the standard type (people who had published at least one article in the field of technology and e-learning in reputable domestic and foreign publications or translated and written on the subject); they were selected for qualitative interviews on the subject of research (16 interviews with 16 people and continued to the point of theoretical saturation) and in the second part (quantitative) after collecting information from qualitative research, a questionnaire was created and randomly distributed among primary school principals in tehran in both groups of public and non-profit public schools for girls and boys. the statistical population included 2500 people who were randomly distributed in two categories of public and non-profit schools in each category. the data collection tool used in the present study was a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire extracted from the qualitative section (40 items and 10 components). therefore, in general, in order to advance primary school curricula, the following categories of technology-based e-learning model were found: in order of importance, macro structure, finance, organizational culture, curriculum, the nature of e-learning, manpower, attitude and preparation, facilities, management and training.
