تاثیر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی دانشجویان دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای بر قصد کارآفرینانه با نقش تعدیل‌ گری جنسیت

محققان معتقدند توجه به سرمایۀ روانشناختی، از عوامل موثر بر قصد کارآفرینی است؛ لذا توجه به شخصیت کارآفرینان، از موضوعات مهم برای پژوهشگران است. از این رو هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر ویژگی های شخصیتی دانشجویان دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای بر قصد کارآفرینانه با نقش تعدیل‌گری جنسیت است. دراین پژوهش از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده و از منظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعۀ آماری مورد پژوهش، کلیۀ دانشجویان دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای استان البرز است. داده ها به روش، توصیفی- همبستگی گردآوری شده است. حجم نمونۀ آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به‌دست آمده و شامل 432 دانشجوی مشغول به تحصیل است که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده اند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش است. داده‌های گردآوری شده، با نرم‌افزارهای spss26 و smartpls3 تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که تمام متغیرهای مستقل مورد پژوهش، شامل ریسک پذیری، عملگرایی، نیاز به موفقیت و کانون کنترل درونی برمتغیر وابسته یا قصد کارآفرینانه تاثیر معنی‌داری دارد. همچنین جنسیت دانشجویان رابطه بین ویژگی های شخصیتی موثر برقصدکارآفرینی را تعدیل می‌کند.

the effect of personality traits of technical and vocational university students on the entrepreneurial intention with the moderating role of gender

researchers believe that paying attention to psychological capital is one of the effective factors in entrepreneurial intention. therefore, paying attention to the personality of entrepreneurs is an important issue for researchers. the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of personality traits of technical and vocational university students on the entrepreneurial intention with the moderating role of gender. in the present research, structural equation modeling was used and applied from the perspective of purpose. the statistical population of the study comprised of all students of alborz technical and vocational university. data was collected by the descriptive-correlation method. the statistical sample size was obtained using cochran’s formula and included 432 students enrolled in random sampling. the data collection tool was a standard questionnaire related to the research topic. the collected data was analyzed with spss26 and smartpls3 softwares. findings showed that all the independent variables studied, including risk-taking, pragmatism, need for success, and the center of internal control, have a significant effect on the dependent variable or entrepreneurial intention. students’ gender also moderated the relationship between effective personality traits and entrepreneurship.
