ارزیابی مشخصه‌های شخصیتی کارآفرینی دانشجویان (مورد مطالعه دانشگاه علم و صنعت ایران)

بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهند که کارآفرینی، اگرچه متاثر از پاره‌ای خصلت‌های رفتاری فردی می‌باشد، با این وجود امری آموزش‌دادنی است و می‌توان با راهکارهای مناسب آن را توسعه بخشید. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، بررسی و مقایسه خصیصه‌های کارآفرینی دانشجویان دانشگاه علم و صنعت ایران و مقایسه دانشکده‌های مختلف این دانشگاه از لحاظ دارا بودن این خصیصه‌ها می‌باشد. ابزار تحقیق، پرسش‌نامه می‌باشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، تحقیقی توصیفی-پیمایشی است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد دانشجویان این دانشگاه به طور میانگین، امتیاز کارآفرینی بالایی ندارند ولی 7 درصد از دانشجویان این ویژگی‌ها را دارند و بیش از 49 درصد از دانشجویان نیز در شرایط نسبتاً خوبی قرار دارند.نتایج تحقیق بیانگر این است که ویژگی‌های توفیق‌طلبی و ریسک‌پذیری در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علم و صنعت ایران، امتیاز بیشتر و خصیصه‌های عزم و اراده، خلاقیت و استقلال‌طلبی در رده‌های بعد قرار دارند. میانگین کارآفرینی دانشجویان به جز در دانشکده راه‌آهن که از سایر دانشکده‌ها وضعیت مطلوب‌تری دارد، در سایر دانشکده‌ها تفاوت معنی‌داری با هم ندارد. ابزار‌های کارآفرینی هر دو نتیجه یکسانی در خصوص کارآفرینی دانشجویان دانشگاه علم و صنعت ایران داشت و میزان هم‌پوشانی نتایج آن‌ها تقریباً حدود 90 درصد بود.

Evaluating the characteristic elements of entrepreneurship in students of Iranian University of Science and Technology (IUST)

Studies conducted by researchers show that entrepreneurship, . The main purpose of this study was to compare and compare entrepreneurship traits of students of Iran University of Science and Technology and different faculties of this university. In this research, two research tools have been investigated, the research tool is a questionnaire. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method it is a descriptive survey. The results show that although the students of this university do not have high entrepreneurship score on average, 7% of the students have these characteristics and more than 49% of the students are in relatively good condition. The results also indicate that the achievement and risk taking characteristics of Iranian university of science and technology students are more privileged and the attributes of determination, creativity and independence are in the next category. The average student entrepreneurship is not significantly different at other colleges except at the Railway School, which is more favorable than other colleges. It should be noted that entrepreneurship tools have the same results regarding entrepreneurship of students of Iran University of Science and Technology and their overlap rate is about 90%.
