بررسی تاثیر هوش چندگانه بر عملکرد فردی کارآفرینان برتر

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر هوش چندگانه بر عملکرد فردی کارآفرینان برتر در شهر کرمانشاه است. این پژوهش، از لحاظ نوع، کمّی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است و به لحاظ گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی-پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری، شامل کارآفرینان برتر شهر کرمانشاه است که طبق آمار اداره کار، رفاه و امور اجتماعی از سال 1390 تا 1396 55 نفر هستند که از این تعداد 40 نفر آنان در دسترس و مورد مطالعه بودند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در بخش آمار توصیفی، از نرم‌افزار spss23 و در بخش تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل عاملی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار amos استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد بین هوش چندگانه کارآفرینان و میزان عملکرد فردی آنها، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. کارآفرینان زمانی می‌توانند در حوزه کاری خود موفق باشند و بتوانند در این جهان متغیر دوام آورند نیازمند این هستند که درک کاملی از عوامل بیرونی، اقتصادی، فنّاوری، سیاسی و .... داشته باشند تا بتوانند عملکرد فردی بهتری داشته باشند و در تصمیم‌گیری‌های خود کمترین خطا را داشته باشند که اگر از هوش ریاضی منطقی و درون‌فردی بالایی برخوردار باشند، در زمینه اتخاذ تصمیمات منطقی، نظم و ترتیب در امور و ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامه‌ها توانمندتر هستند.

Investigating the effect of multiple intelligence on individual performance of top entrepreneurs

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of multiple intelligence on the individual performance of top entrepreneurs in Kermanshah city. The present study was quantitative and applied in terms of purpose and descriptivesurvey and correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population included top entrepreneurs in Kermanshah city, numbered 55 people in the period 2011 to 2017 according to the Bureau of Labor, Welfare and Social Affairs, of which 40 were available and surveyed. In order to analyze the data in the descriptive statistics section, SPSS23 software was used and in the data analysis section, factor analysis and structural equation modeling in Amos software was employed. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurs’ multiple intelligence and their individual performance. Entrepreneurs could succeed in their workplace if they could survive in this turbulent world and this requires a thorough understanding of the external, economic, technological, political, and other factors to enable better individual performance. If entrepreneurs had high mathematicallogical and intrapersonal intelligence, they had the least error in their decision making and were more capable in making rational decisions, organizing and evaluating program effectiveness.
