تحلیل محتوای کتاب‌های درسی فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای از نظر میزان توجه به شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای در ایران در سال 1398

آموزش‌های فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای به دلیل آموزش و ایجاد مهارت‌های لازم در افراد برای توانایی احراز مشاغل، نقش بسزایی در اشتغال دارند. با توجه به اهمیت نقش آموزش‌های فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای در توسعه اقتصادی و اشتغال، در طراحی نظام جدید آموزش متوسطه، کوشش شده است جهت‌گیری این نظام به سمت توسعۀ آموزش‌های فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای با هدف آموزش فنون و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز جامعه باشد. از‌سوی‌دیگر، آموزش مبتنی‌بر شایستگی یک مدل آموزشی در آموزش فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای است که بر شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای متمرکز است. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل محتوای کتاب‌های درسی فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای از نظر میزان توجه به شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای است و در آن از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کتاب‌های فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای است که با استفاده از سرشماری، چهار کتابِ «کارگاه نوآوری و کار‌آفرینی»، «کاربرد فناوری‌های نوین»، «الزامات محیط کار» و «مدیریت تولید» انتخاب شدند که بین همه رشته‌ها مشترک است. ابزار اندازه‌گیری چک‌لیست تحلیل محتوای محقق‌ساخته بود. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل اطلاعات از روش تحلیل محتوا، تکنیک آنتروپی شانون استفاده شد و روایی محتوایی با استفاده از cvr، 0.90 و ضریب توافقی برای ارزیابی پایایی نیز 0.90 به دست آمد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش در کتاب‌های مورد بررسی، نشان می‌دهد در مجموع با 558 فراوانی به مولفه شایستگی‌های فنی و غیرفنی توجه شده و بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به شایستگی‌های غیرفنی بوده است. در مولفه شایستگی‌های فنی، بیشترین فراوانی در ارتباط با شاخص مهارت با 72 فراوانی و در مولفه شایستگی‌های غیرفنی، بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به شاخص مهارت کسب‌وکار با 154 فراوانی بوده است.

Content Analysis of technical and vocational textbooks paying attention to professional competencies in Iran at 2018

Vocational education a Key role in employment because of the training and skills needed to enable people to get jobs. the importance of the role of technical and vocational education in economic development and employment, It has tried to orient the system towards the development of technical and vocational education with the aim of educating the community on the skills and skills needed. On the other hand, competencybased education is an educational model in technical and vocational education that focuses on professional competencies. According to this, the aim of this study is to investigate the content of technical and vocational textbooks based on the level of attention to professional competencies. In this study, content analysis method has been used. The statistical population includes all technical and vocational books that comprise 589 books in the cluster of technical and nontechnical technical courses in 41 fields. Using the sampling method, four workshop books were aimed at innovation, entrepreneurship, application of new technologies, work environment requirements and production management, common among all disciplines. A tool for measuring was the researchermade checklist of content analysis. For data analysis based on content analysis method, Shannon entropy technique was used. Content validity was obtained using CVR 0.90.The agreement coefficient for the reliability evaluation was 0.90, too. The results of this research in the reviewed books indicate that, in total, 558 frequencies are considered as a component of technical and nontechnical competencies. The highest frequency was related to nontechnical competencies. In the component of technical competency, the highest frequency with respect to skill index was observed with 72 frequency and nontechnical competency component with respect to business skill index was with 154 frequency.
