مهارت آموزی و میزان اثرگذاری آن در زندگی فردی و اجتماعی سوادآموزان

هدف پژوهش مهارت آموزی و میزان اثرگذاری آن در زندگی فردی و اجتماعی سوادآموزان بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی انجام‌ شد. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی، مدیران و آموزش دهندگان نهضت سوادآموزی استان سمنان در سال 1401 بودند که 10 نفر طبق اصل اشباع نظری با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری بخش کمی، آموزش دهندگان نهضت سوادآموزی استان سمنان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند که 80 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی پرسش نامه محقق ساخته مبتنی بر داده های بخش کیفی بود. میزان پایایی در بخش کیفی با روش هولستی 86/0 محاسبه شد که حاکی از پایایی مطلوب بود و روایی با استفاده از معیار کیفیت (موثق بودن) سنجیده و مورد تایید قرار گرفت. نتیجۀ تحلیل داده ها منجر به شناسایی 220 مضمون پایه (مولفه)، 41 مضمون سازمان دهنده فرعی در زمینۀ مهارت آموزی سوادآموزان گردید که در قالب 3 مضمون فراگیر (مهارت های زندگی، مهارت های حقوق شهروندی، مهارت های عملی) و 8 مضمون سازمان دهنده اصلی سازمان دهی شامل مهارت های فردی، مهارت اقتصادی، مهارت اجتماعی فرهنگی، مهارت زیست محیطی، مهارت حقوق اجتماعی، مهارت حقوق سیاسی، مهارت حقوق مدنی، مهارت حقوق و مهارت های عملی سازمان‌دهی شدند. نتایج بخش کمی نشان داد که آموزش مهارت های معنوی، مهارت اقتصادی در خانواده، همدلی، کاهش آلودگی، مهارت آموزشی و بهداشتی، مهارت شرکت در تجمعات، مهارت حقوق مربوط به مساوات، مهارت حداقل حقوق فرهنگی پایه و مهارت کاربردی در منزل بیشترین تاثیر را بر زندگی فردی و اجتماعی سوادآموزان دارد.

skills training and its impact on the individual and social life of literates

the aim of the current research was skill training and its impact on the individual and social life of literate students. this research was conducted with a mixed exploratory approach. the statistical population of the qualitative section were managers and teachers of the literacy movement of semnan province in 2022, that 10 people practical experience were selected according to the principle of theoretical saturation with the purposeful sampling method. the statistical population of the quantitative part was the teachers of the literacy movement of semnan province in the academic year 2021-2022 that 80 people were selected as a sample using available sampling method. the research tools in the qualitative part were semi-structured interview and review of the available documents in this field. in the quantitative part, the researcher-made questionnaire was based on the data of the qualitative part. reliability in the qualitative part was calculated using the holstein method of 0.86, which indicated good reliability, and validity was measured and confirmed using the quality criterion (reliability). the data were analyzed via thematic analysis method. the result of the data analysis led to the identification of 220 basic themes, 41 sub-organizing themes in the field of literacy learning in the form of 3 comprehensive themes, environmental skill, social rights skills, political rights skills, civil rights skills, cultural rights skills  and practical skills  were organized.
