بررسی مهارت‌های بازار کار و آموزش فنی و حرفه‌‌ای در عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم: با تحلیلی بر نظام آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای ایران

هدف از پروژه تحقیقاتی حاضر بررسی ابعاد انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و تاثیر آن در ایجاد مهارتهای آموزش فنی و حرفه ای است. رابطه بازار کار در انقلاب های اول تا سوم تحت تاثیر تحولات اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و فرهنگی و علمی و فناوری انقلاب ها قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق با بهره گیری از روش تحلیل اسنادی و تحلیل محتوی مجلات و مقالات و نظریات علمی ویژگی ها ی انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و تاثیر آن بر ماهیت و چگونکی مهارتهای آموزش فنی و حرفه ای در بازار کار اروپا و ایران بررسی شده است.

investigating the skills of labor market and technical and vocational education in the era of the fourth industrial revolution: with an analysis of iran's technical and vocational education system

the purpose of this research project is to investigate the dimensions of the fourth industrial revolution and its impact on the development of technical and vocational training skills. the relationship between labor market in the first to third revolutions has been affected by economic, social, political, cultural, scientific and technological developments of revolutions. in this research, using documentary analysis and content analysis of journals, articles and scientific theories of the characteristics of the fourth industrial revolution and its impact on the nature and manner of technical and vocational training skills in the european and iranian labor market has been investigated.
