بررسی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر رشد کیفی آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای با هدف بهبود رضایتمندی کارآموزان آموزشگاه های فنی و حرفه ای(مطالعه موردی: آموزشگاه های فنی و حرفه ای شهر گرگان)

هدف کلی پژوهش، بررسی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر رشد کیفی آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای با هدف بهبود رضایتمندی کارآموزان می باشد. با توجه به جدول نمونه گیری کرجسی و مورگان(2001)، نمونه آماری پژوهش، شامل 370 نفر از کارآموزان آموزشگاه ها می باشند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه عوامل رشد کیفی آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای و پرسشنامه رضایت کارآموزان می باشد.جهت تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات و آزمودن فرضیات، باتوجه به ساختار مفهومی تحقیق،از نرم افزار pls استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داده است:-عوامل فرایندی،زیرساختی،آموزش دهنده،فردی از عوامل موثر بر رشد کیفی آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای می باشد. به لحاظ رتبه بندی، عوامل فردی مهمترین عامل و پس از آن عامل آموزش دهنده، فرایند و زیرساختی قرار دارد. همچنین عوامل فردی، عوامل آموزش دهنده، عوامل فرایندی و عوامل زیرساختی بر رضایتمندی کارآموزان تاثیرگذارند.

survey and ranking of factors affecting the quality growth of technical and vocational education with the aim of improving the satisfaction of trainees of technical and vocational schools (case study: technical and vocational schools in gorgan)

the general purpose of the research, is investigating and ranking the factors affecting the qualitative growth of technical and vocational education aiming to improve trainees’ satisfaction.  statistical sample of the research according to the table  sampling  krejcie and morgan (2001), re includes 370 school apprentices data collection tools  is included  questionnaire factors for the qualitative growth of technical and vocational education and  questionnaire  trainee satisfaction to analyze information  and test hypotheses,  given the conceptual structure of the research, used from pls software.the research results have shown:process factors, infrastructure, educator, individual is from factors affecting the quality growth of technical and vocational education. in terms of ranking, individual factors the most important factor and after that  contract educating agent,  process and infrastructure .also  individual factors, educating factors, process factors and infrastructural factors are effective  on the satisfaction of trainees.
