توسعه آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای متناسب با نیاز بازار کار و ظرفیت‌های منطقه‌ای (مورد مطالعه: تدوین استانداردهای مرتبط با حرفه زنبورداری، کرم ابریشم و حشرات مفید مطابق با دستورالعمل دیکوم اصلاح شده)

آموزش فنی و حرفه ای، توان تاثیرگذاری بالایی بر نرخ رشد، اشتغال و تولید را دارد. توجه به توسعه و گسترش آموزش های فنی حرفه ای  متناسب با نیاز هر منطقه می تواند در توسعۀ اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیطی  منتهی شود. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر تدوین استانداردهای مرتبط با حرفه زنبورداری، کرم ابریشم و حشرات مفید مطابق با دستورالعمل دیکوم اصلاح شده است. روش تحقیق بکار رفته بر اساس روش داده بنیاد بود. با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد در شش گام داده های موردنیاز گردآوری شد. در بخش کمّی با تدوین استانداردهای آموزشی در دو بخش استانداردهای شایستگی و استانداردهای عملکردی، استانداردهای مرتبط با حوزۀ سه بخش تدوین شد. مشارکت کنندگان بالقوه در بخش کیفی پژوهش، خبرگان و صاحبنظران حوزۀ زنبوداری، صنعت زنبوداری، کرم ابریشم و حشرات مفید بود که از میان، مدیران، کارشناسان و مربیان آموزش فنی حرفه ای و اساتید  گروه مدیریت و کشاورزی دانشگاه انتخاب شدند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 15 نفر به مشارکت در پژوهش دعوت شدند. فرآیند کدگذاری داده‌ها در تئوری داده بنیاد در 3 گام کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری گزینشی صورت می‌گیرد در هر یک از این مراحل، کد یا کدهای الصاق شده باید داده‌های مرتبط با خود را به سطح اشباع برسانند. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت با استفاده از راهبردهای نیازسنجی، مشارکت ذینفعان، آموزش مربیان، آینده پژوهی شغلی و برنامه ریزی، آشنایی کارآموزان با بازارکار و مشاوره و هدایت شغلی، می توان تناسب آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای با نیاز های بازارکار را محقق کرد.

development of technical and vocational training tailored to the needs of the labor market and regional capacities (case study: development of standards related to the beekeeping profession, silkworms and useful insects in accordance with the amended dicom guidelines)

abstracttechnical and vocational education has the potential to have a high impact on growth rates, employment and production. paying attention to the development and expansion of vocational technical training tailored to the needs of each region can lead to economic, social and environmental development. the purpose of this study is to develop an indigenous model for the development of technical and vocational education tailored to the needs of the labor market and regional capacity in the beekeeping, silkworm and beneficial insects industry in ardabil province. the research method used was based on the foundation data method. the required data were collected in six steps using the foundation data method. in the quantitative part, by formulating educational standards in two parts, competency standards and performance standards, standards related to the field of three parts were developed. potential participants in the qualitative part of the research, experts in the field of beekeeping, beekeeping industry, silkworms and insects were useful. purposeful sampling method 15 people were invited to participate in the study. the data encoding process in foundation data theory takes place in three steps: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. in each of these steps, the attached code or codes must saturate the related data. based on the research findings, it can be concluded that using needs assessment strategies, stakeholder participation, coaching training, career prospecting and planning, trainees’ familiarity with the job market and career counseling and guidance,technical training and achieved a profession with labor market needs.
